I presume IIs would rather wait until after the 21st to digest what they learn on the Capital Markets Day. Looking at the general state of all markets today, we've done OK. All London indexes apart from Small Cap have fallen by over 1%

Looking forward to tonight to see what late trades are declared. As far as the drones are concerned, hydrogen is lighter than air so powering a drone which is constantly being recharged by a HFC works fine. they can stay in the air for hours. Once drones can stay in the air for a longer time, all sorts of new applications become possible and their downtime is much less than using batteries which take much longer to charge than the drone is in the air. With HFC driven drones, it stays up for a long time and is recharged and back at work delivering or monitoring crops, crowds, events, bushfires, poachers, criminals (I imagine the police will order these like mad ... if a car's knicked, it's pretty obvious if it's being followed by a police helicopter ... a drone can follow a stolen car more stealthily. Look back through the posts ... I posted yesterday a load of links to drone uses from yesterday's headlines .... Google are doing a trial delivering Chipotle burritos to students on a nearby campus ..... Amazon are into drones heavily too .... and I imagine ebay will be onto it and just about everyone else ... delivering high value and light stuff like RAM, chips .... very useful in media too.

Do we know how much one of these would cost vs an equivalent drone with a 'standard' battery and what the benefits are?

Report predicts more than 20 million fuel cell vehicles to be available by 2032

Report highlights the growing promise of the fuel cell market
A new report from Information Trends predicts that fuel cell vehicles will be much more plentiful in the relatively near future. Hydrogen fuel cells are quickly becoming more important for the auto industry, with several major companies investing in this technology to power a new generation of vehicles.

One of the reasons automakers are doing this is to comply with new emissions regulations being embraced by large countries. Because these countries are prominent markets for vehicles, automakers are keen to develop and sell more cars that produce no harmful emissions.

Fuel cell vehicles could generate $1.2 trillion for the auto industry
According to the report, there will be more than 20 million fuel cell vehicles throughout the world by 2032.

These vehicles are predicted to generate approximately $1.2 trillion for the auto industry. Currently, fuel cell vehicles are in short supply.

The majority of those using these vehicles are businesses and government agencies that have clean vehicle fleets. Over the next few years, consumers interested in clean transportation are expected to embrace these vehicles more readily, especially as they become less expensive and more efficient.

Guys check out CLP's announcement today. Shares currently 1.2p and the board confident in getting £60m cash from asset sale and debt recovery plus their tax losses which amounts to 28.5p (plus tax losses). Currently up 70% but going to go ballistic.

Referencing Friday's trading patterns (I saved the charts), today, so far, isn't far off being the same EXCEPT ... this didn't move much until about 1120hrs Friday .... then it started moving at about 20% up every hour on average .... market's been open today about 80 minutes and this is 25% up already. Friday trading showed significant retraces (like from 17.75 to 15) before rising again. I'm not sure if they can be called tree shakes or if they're just profit taking .... shares rarely leap in a straight line on the intraday charts ... we're doing OK. Many of you should have at least covered the spread.

The job vacancies put out in July and September for an automotive project team headed by a programme manager and purchasing manager for high and small volume production has been filled. Those five or six vacancies have been removed from the IEH web site.

So things are developing at the company.

I'm still wondering if all of this has been caused by something like someone leaving a sheet being copied for the Capital Markets day in a photocopier. Whatever information IEH are deciding to discuss next week might have been sent to the printers last week. This could all be down to a leak ... not necessarily an intentional one ... but keeping information confidential ... when you are co-operating with SO many companies might be difficult ..... this could be driven by Indian investors who can see thousands of cell towers being converted to being fueled by IEH HFCs before their very eyes ...... if we, on this bulletin board could all say "oh, passed an IEH van again at Holme Moss" and have a load of other people saying the same about where they lived, we could build up a similar picture ... but because IEH do very little business in the UK, we're a bit out of the loop.

Anyway , we'll see ....
