Mortality you are also right not been an easy market but hopefully it's comning back in pockets, some of the SCSW stocks starting to liven up, Good Energy, Dot and a couple others being examples. If you are not already a subscriber worth a look imo. Hopefully if the US market continues to hold up after todays inflation news, we could see even more strength across the markets. Furthermore.. this was your comment after the trading update "Revenue increased 6.1% ytd to June and now 4.6% ytd to sept so its reversed last 3 months".

On a constant currency basis it was 2.4% and 2.3%. So no major change. Even though you tried to scare people.

Therefore I can conclude that you panic sold as the shares fell into the update. I believe your probably capitulated in the 70s. Now you are desperately worried the shares rose post results, and might keep on doing so.

its okay mate... we've all been there. Buy back in. You will feel better that way.

1) Those of us that bought in Jan-23 are still up between 50-100% even if they haven't sold. In this market in particular, I would still describe those people as "winners".

2) Those "winners" that have sold... well what really matters is what they did with their money afterwards. It's not been an easy market. I'm guessing it was easy to pick the wrong investment and lose their shirt. Maybe Inspecs was a safer bet.

Maybe you are in camp 2. Maybe that's why you hope this will go down. Make you feel good about selling and losing your monies elsewhere.

You’ll get used to oldboy. He only held one stock for 2 years and it’s gone from 50p To 7p. Heres a chart to remind everyone that this “hasn’t had nice upward movement” and it hasn’t “recovered nicely from its lows” The winners were those of us that bought in January 23 and since sold

A lot of decent small caps have been getting a wiggle on last couple weeks. I know this isn't Aim, but Aim 100 is up decent from October lows now and looks like it's heading higher. Maybe some of the lower caps that generate cash are beginning to look inviting

This is unusual in this bear market. Normally you just have sellers everywhere, crawling all over each price point or close price points i.e. it restricts big moves.

The number of shares on offer here every time the price moved (at 79p, 80p, 82p, 83p and the close at 84p) has been non-existent to buy immediately - no quotes. It has all had to be negotiated via an order online or having to call through to the market makers.

Each buy has moved a market maker and and the market makers only gave 3k each time - look at the trades through the afternoon. It has culminated in someone having to pay well through the price offers (even the current 84p) paying 85p and they only managed 65k.

So this is all suggesting continued upside tomorrow, but one of the notable things is that this how prices move in bull markets when you have that overhang clearance, and then the shares dry up and it is a complete scramble to get in.

And that is what we all have to look forward to when this terrible market does finally cease its negative relentless grind down.

Still, nice to see some form of bullish move.
