And the 6th reason is the horizontal sectors this can be applied to: intelligence, manufacturing, sales, project management, finance, education and forecasting just some of them. #POOLBEG a good example

Fear.....of being back to 12p probably mate. The numbers and the news needs to roll in. Let me give you 6 reasons why I'm forward looking on this:
1. There is an Institutional Investor 2. The product is actually world class 3. Bernstein is no fool 4. AI is here to stay. To have waltzed in as the supplier to the FCA didn't take 5 minutes so the company was tenacious in its challenge to secure the business and must have won a competitive tender - all despite moaning shareholders (including me) complaining about interim milestones not being met and finally; Carval/Alliance Bernstein is bloody huge. A fraction of a percent payment on hundreds of billions is worth waiting for. I expect a significant increase in buying by Friday - PwC are no mugs so to be associated tomorrow on a global platform with them augurs well.....or so I believe 😉

I'm sure a few ex GS boffins would appeal, particularly as they now have the FCA using their software.....purely conjecture of course

'Organizations that have adopted AI report realizing meaningful cost decreases and revenue increases.'

'Industry races ahead of academia.

Until 2014, most significant machine learning models were released by academia. Since then, industry has taken over. In 2022, there were 32 significant industry-produced machine learning models compared to just three produced by academia. Building state-of-the-art AI systems increasingly requires large amounts of data, compute, and money, resources that industry actors inherently possess in greater amounts compared to nonprofits and academia.'

Apparently more employers in the US are looking for people with AI skills.

Interesting phrase...as I recall PwC took INSG as one of 10 companies they "would look to work closely with" some 18 months ago.....Back to the phrase:

while targeting AI software makers for potential acquisitions.

Completely OT before anyone goes on.

Hey did anyone watch the space X launch just now?

I always find it exciting and something went up, separated successfully it seems, then aborted because there was concern raised on a landing failure likelihood.
So if you want to watch they are trying again tomorrow.
I don't like the idea of lots of satellites in the sky spoiling the view but it is history in the making and I enjoy the idea of seeing it happen.

To which I’m actually entitled

I will keep on banging the same drum until I see a material step change from the company!

Rubbish....even companies having rising profits have dropped in these markets.

Bias is understandable but not necessarily the way forward in my opinion.
