Maybe INSG should put out a RNS to declare their current financial position and hopefully put a stop to the speculation and Investor angst?

A good Company would.

Did you lose a lot on PEL ?

So pj set up his ramping thread on 1 Jan 19

On 20 6 19 pj posted

20/6/2019. Administrators to be appointed as soon as possible.

Apologies for highlighting this Company. It is by far my biggest ever loss, any possible return to shareholders will be absorbed by extortionate Administration fees, as always.

It is shame Hazl.

I only made 2 posts here after watching quietly for some weeks and after only 2 posts pj started challenging me and trying to make me look stupid. All I can say he picked on the wrong person I don't like bullies and he should have looked in the mirror first before having a go at me. He set up a new thread but now does not post on it. From what I can see he thinks he's better than everyone else copy and pasting then having a go.

Truth is from what I can see the man is an almighty failure at investing.

Carval potential.

And when that was announced the shares were 68.5p.

'The partnership nature of today's agreement with an asset manager of CarVal's stature is the most exciting development in our history.”

Cracknell said the company was “ideally positioned”, at the “exact intersection” of smart investment strategy and advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

“The opportunities to innovate with new product lines and income streams are vast.

“We look forward to developing our partnership with CarVal and are delighted to support the CarVal Clean strategy.”

At 1453 BST, shares in Insig AI were flat at 68.5p.'

I ought to have added that there also people who have been here from the very beginning who are still very upbeat and enthusatic about this share, too.

The shame of it,is, that with all this back biting any informative posts are lost.

There are clearly some people with definite grievances.
It is very disappointing to invest in a share and it immediately goes down.
We have all done it.

What I keep trying to draw attention to, is that we need to assess whether the drop is macro in nature.... or the company itself or a bit of both.

And by macro I mean ....look across the board there are dozens of proven companies with terrible charts because of the geo political situation.
Politics has gone mad we are all struggling to make sense of it.

Then there is the area in question....AI.
We all know this is still experimental in it's nature...radical...not understood....yet apparently mind boggling.

How can we expect them to have a string of contracts in this environment?
Yet there is the carval agreement.
There is also the will.
There are also talented people....no one gets a place at Goldman Sachs unless they've got a cetain amount of nous.

Then again there is the man that know what's happening on the ground floor and he's buying.

Please believe me, I am not trying to get people to buy, sell or do anyhting but think it through and join in the discussion.
I do not want people to get into a company that has no hope so those things above are worth a ponder.
We clearly cannot know yet but the early bird does catch the worm sometimes.

Wre have heard a lot from the two naysayers and they have been here from the beginning so have an informed opinion.
But are they being fair considering the times we live in?
Again,I don't know.
I haven't met many altruistic people on these boards.
Money can be a bad force, too.

Anyway let's keep the good posts going and hope the grumblers don't keep repeating themselves,it is if nothing else a bit boring and doesn't really help in my opinion.

Still avoiding the questions pj I see. From what I can see you don't seem very good at this investing business.

So these are all your losers I can see at the moment pj

INSG, PEL, OPTI, MIN and SNTY. Have I missed any ?

Also is there anything you have anything good to say about ?

If anyone does attend the Presentation then the current key question , with just £100k drawdown remaining, is " have Directors and / or key staff deferred their remuneration, or are they planning to do so? ".

It is against regulations for any listed company to withhold price sensitive information including for any presentation. The failure of the Company to update investors with a trading update, as per last year, is because they currently have no good news, if they had it would be subject to DD from the NOMAD and RNS'd. It's starting to look like they don't actually know what they are doing, and that the Presentation will be yet more assurances and promises of things to come, with no reference at all to the abysmal performance to date against their own forecasts. The bigger fear is that the presentation could be a pump and front to a placing to mitigate the risk of the auditors raising concerns to the going concern statement if Carval Revs are failing to materialise, as they assured they would by Q2. If not then where will the next loan come from? All IMO

Banshee, I am of the opinion that it is prudent to be cautious about this new phenomenon.
Let's face it in INSG we are talking about software leading to quickening up processes and saving of time and labour.

The wider scenario, I think needs to be thought about very carefully indeed.

Human nature can have some very ugly tendencies, in some cases, and who knows what might be fed in to these robots at any particular time.
Many of our greatest researches are initiated from the defence industry and so
the obvious dangers are inherently present.

I think caution was very much emphasised for me, recently, when I heard experts, who had been instrumental in the research, from the very beginning of this phenomenon, suddenly realising and warning that there could be pitfalls ahead.

The last thing we want is a bad force that can not be stopped.
However I am no expert.

You would hope so, but they may be dependent on a third party re timing, Can't really see anything prevening them updating re Carval though.

Today's AI apocalypse porn ir brough to you courtesy of Time magazine and the FT,

"Eliezer Yudkowsky, research lead at the Machine Intelligence Research Institute, has argued that, if nothing changes, the most likely result of building “superhumanly smart AI” is that “literally everyone on Earth will die”. We should strictly monitor the use of the advanced computer chips used for AI and even consider air strikes against rogue data centres that flouted a ban, he wrote in Time."

Illustrating that even the pessimists here are radiant optimists in comparison.

HK/Hzl - if the investor meeting on 27 April is planned to be meaningful - it's reasonable to expect there will be a RNS for the wider community to digest !?!
