So more business wins seem to be likely, in my view.


'Whilst it is very early in the Group's current financial year, it has started positively. We have recently been awarded a financial database assignment from a new client, as well as an annual licencing agreement for our ESG data from another new client asset manager.

We are forecasting further sales growth for the Insig AI business, with revenue of not less than GBP1.4 million in FY-24. This is expected to come from follow-on contracts from existing clients, additional new client wins and recurring revenues from strategic partnerships. We have also recently been tasked by a client to deliver a high-volume Cloud based automated solution for client settlements. In addition, we are optimistic of building substantial and sustainable revenues following the commercialisation of AB CarVal's ESG Scoring Tools.

Furthermore, we are having encouraging discussions, including proof of concepts, where our ESG Disclosure tool and underpinning ESG disclosure database can be used to undertake ESG risk assurance, which is becoming an increasingly important part of the corporate audit process.

The board remains of the view that subject to some further business wins, the Group should achieve operational profitability in its Q2 (ending 30 September 2023). The board remains optimistic that it will achieve operating profitability in FY-24. '

Yes seems to me a positive update which, via the FCA collaboration, confirms the quality the software and expertise they have. The FCA are clearly accelerating their ESG/greenwashing prevention plans and this evidences that Insig have a contribution to make within it.Funding secured at market price and sees a new institutional shareholder onboard alongside confirmation of the exec chairman.That it was done from treasury and avoided diluting existing shareholders is also noteworthy.AB CarVal happy to go on the record to say they believe it's a "market leading product". Given their new owners can potentially bring to bear considerable additional support this is very encouraging.Incidentally, on Thursday AB announce their quarterlies. The analyst call that follows may be interesting as they will certainly discuss CarVal. Same day as the Insig presentation.

So the raise to be used for various....including 'marketing,'can be implemented for this in particular,I imagine, in this clearly, fairly high profile event....13 international regulators so far... I think this shows they are valued to take on this role.

Firstly, to raise successfully in this market and at a recent higher price....is quite an accolade.

We all lament the time it has taken however:
1. FCA adopt the software, presumably as the best available
2. Carval income about to roll in
3. Corporations will use the tool that measures them
4. The high profile chairman putting his money where his beliefs are
5. AI uses include measurement, intelligence, process management, transactional activities and forecasting
I'm holding and have significantly increased that holding. Yes it's been painfully slow but traction now kicking in. Each to their own

Looks like a fresh start from today - with major personal commitment from RB both in terms of financial stake and reputation on the line as executive chairman !Mkt cap of £17.5 million isn't discounting too much for future developments where Insig services a sector of financial giants
