Let's hope so ...to your last point....and then everyone will be happy.
As you know I blame those things more on the general market malaise.

The Dow in America ....premarket looks better, so let's hope we have a better afternoon here.
I expect we have plenty of people with this on their watchlists now that it has started to turn up.

Never said it didn’t
Show me a post where I’ve said it doesn’t matter

I just think the management team have been caught asleep at the wheel, made and then broke promises, made and then broke timelines, surviving on handouts, re arranging these handouts at a pathetically low figure, promising loads and ultimately delivering very little
Only in my opinion and hope we’ve seen the worst off

''When I was appointed Chairman last August, two separate elements of the
business became clear. Firstly, that the Company has developed scalable
machine learning technology with a skilled, talented and dedicated workforce.
Secondly, that the executive team at the time lacked experience in selling
scalable software, being more skilled in delivering consultancy and complex
projects. The business required commercial focus and leadership. I am pleased
to report that under Colm McVeigh, initially as Chief Commercial Officer and
now as CEO, this is what we now have.''

So, where is the scale then?

Clearly the 'commercial focus and leadership' promised isn't there of RB wouldn't have to step in as exec chairman?

Something seriously isn't right here. These are RNS's from the Company. Not vague web searches by hazl

p.s. travel and subsistence i.e. coke and hookers, came in at £30k.

I'd suggest the contracts raised on the back of this is also beyond poor.

edit- unless your a Hooker

Tucked and hidden conveniently away page 41 in the March 2022 AR, is the Director remuneration

2021 £477k

2022 £430k

Therefore, with a reversal to an executive chairman then we know Director rip off, sorry, remuneration will be at least £477k

That equates to 53% of the fund raising

Maybe someone could explain how the Directors can justify such a large remuneration when compared to the losses suffered by shareholders and from the Company?

And the CEO has bought how many shares??

It's there in black and white.

I actually think Director remuneration should be zero based on the results to date.

I know of one who has been buying some 😀

But I presume there must now be another overhang if as you say the other one was taken out 🤷🏻‍♂️

Jj

Have a think why the price went from sub 12 ish to 17 ish.

Maybe someone took the overhang out. Circa 400k of shares.

Can’t think who or why.
