Just checked in and someone said why hasn’t colm been buying?

Lack of buying from rb and colm suggests restricted so maybe something soon. Rb was buying regularly then stopped so that’s my best guess.

If so we would have an Executive Chairman as such, as when the RTO was undertaken.

By default non-execs are there to offer advice if asked for, not to manage the Company. They only offer a small number of hours contribution in more of an auditing role with the pre-requiste to protect shareholder interests. Who has protected shareholder interests so far?

If that is not so then INSG are in breach of Regulations and their own 'charter' and the Companys own statements.

This set up also protects Investors from unscrupulous Director trading, allegedly. Or it is meant to, but on AIM? That's the main issue. It's AIM. Hence the INSG RTO built on quicksand. All in my opinion only and DYOR.

I don't really buy the argument that the CEO knows more about the critical parts of the company than the notionally NEC Bernstein, especially having seen the two of them answering questions at the AGM, also Bernstein is both an accountant originally and helped negotiate the original critical $AUM deal with CarVal which was done before the CEO arrived. So I imagine he has a pretty good idea of what to expect there.

Certainly in a larger or more established company that would be the case, but here I suspect not.

Perhaps the investor presentation arranged for 27 April will provide just such an opportunity for smoking the pipe of peace !

I am sorry if you were seething the whole of the weekend about the prospect of your share gaining interest.
Very odd behaviour.
Now you be true to word and as you suggested leave it there.

Didn't think it would be long before you couldn't resist!

It's always playing the man and never the ball from you hazl.
What was incorrect with my post?

Why do you think it is fair for you to keep ramping that the NON-Exec Chairman has bought shares but not that the Exec CEO (Who knows much more about the Company than the Chairman) has abstained?
