What is the total projected value of all the deals signed since listing is perhaps the more relevant question, unless you have a particular fetish with numbers only.

A reminder CarVal are already using INSG technology in their Clean CLO product



That was not an Assets Under Management % deal deal tho, but a one off payment I believe, quite likely even a loss leader. Hopefully we will see another PR from CarVal soon relating to the new fund which is an AUM % deal. CarVal have already launched one new fund this year.

Yes, shrewd, I also was looking for an AI company of this kind and the support of the director with his added shareholding swung it for me as well.

Regardless of current blips this industry is not going away.

Problems will be met, things tweaked and so on, but it will save companies money, diminishing salaries for a start, as employees will be reduced.

Has anyone tried to value the carval deal?

Is it a percentage of funds under management?

My point is just the carval deal alone could be worth a few million and the market cap is around £14m so plenty of upside.

Jj - admittedly they have to get to those revenues but with rb seeming very supportive and a major shareholder I cant see INSG needing a lights out fund raise.

So worst case a little more loan, best case carval revenues kick in plus more contracts.

Risk/reward looks pretty good to me.

RB’s majority shareholding and continued financial support and market share purchases are my driver tbh.

INSG has tested one’s patience for those that took part in the rto. BUT at this cap it looks ripe for a decent bounce to me.

Time will tell if that faith is well founded or not.

They haven’t for one minute proven they can sign many deals yet
Hardly any signed
All blue sky huff n puff and Jam tomorrow until more good contracts are signed on the dotted line
Good news needed to prove we are not running on fumes and have a viable business model

It doesn't mention INSG specifically but relevant and interesting.

Either way they are not luring out many sellers.
