Impactscope look a very focused and innovative company who seem to have avoided "missteps", I can see them being worth 100m+ when green supply chain auditing gets underway for progressively smaller co's in the EU. So INSG could do well with their investment and I can see why they have taken an option to invest more.

He hasn't any idea does he shrewd.
'Buy on rumour sell on news' some people say.

'It is the early bird who catches the worm.'

And as nico said it is too late sometimes if you don't speculate on 'signs' of success in the future.

The most prolific posters are in fact JJ and PJ1.

Especially when it is quiet.

Hmmm wonder why that is?

I shall share that thought with Nat Rothschild who has just tweeted about his new venture into INSG

Surely when predicting a future share price it has to be based on something tangible ( contracts as an example). Simply saying "I think that , with no justification, is pure gambling, not investing?

shrewd,
I really hope your share price prediction comes to fruition
However it does not take away from my view that these options have been set at a pathetically low price and does not therefore encourage as much as it would if they had been set at say 50p which from this shareholders perspective would have been fairer for us all
imho

It’s hypothetical but equally I think that has zero chance of happening.

The last few rns have been housekeeping and getting the decks ready for the real show.

NR’s investment here has been hugely undervalued by many on here.

The credibility (which previously could have been a stumbling block dealing with globals and regulators) is now there and wouldn’t surprise me if that alone has attracted new interest both in investors and clients.

These are just my thoughts but I will stick to my comment I think we could be way higher than current levels over the coming weeks and in rather short shrift…

If you’re any good do it.

If you’re no good at something then sell to those foolish enough to believe your tripe.

That’s what Elric Langdon does.

shrewd,
“Have to agree to disagree on that.
It will make no difference to me what the option price is is this is at £1.
I look forward to the next few rns with eager anticipation”.

As you like to deal in hypotheticals what will you think if the price here does not reach above say 25p within the year?
Will you still be happy with the 20p strike price?

Elric Langdon trying to promote himself and make money on the back of recent good news here and strong recovery in the share price shows just what self serving money grabbing man he is.

Waits for the good news and interest to increase here and then try and get people to pay for his pointless quite frankly tosh to those gullible enough to fall for his tripe.

If anyone is any good at being a tipster or spotting a golden investment opportunity they wouldn’t need to be spending time writing it to sell. If they were any good they would be spending their time investing and making a fortune themselves not trying to make money from naive people by selling their junk.

Do NOT fall for Elric Langdon self promotion and DO NOT subscribe to his tripe he’s only interested in MAKING money for himself off the back of those that know no better

Can I ask a genuine question?

Will you still be soo annoyed at the options if the price is above rto in a few months time which imo is very likely.

Personally I’m more bothered about the share price than the option price especially as it’s a reasonably small option pool of 6%.

Elric,
Ive heard all these arguments for 45 years of buying shares
Some are valid others are not
I have always believed that hard work and success should be rewarded and rewarded very very handsomely
However I do not believe in rewarding failure
Setting an option target for long term staff of just 20p is not rewarding success
It is also far to low for the 2 new guys who have joined us (who should have incentives but at a higher price than 20p)
This company has not been able to sign any contracts of much substance, we are leeching money at a rate of knots and have only survived due to the handouts from RB
Once we start to get decent sized contracts and the company is moving visibly forward by breaking even then yes give them loads of options and loads of incentives but at a target price that is fair to all
But to reward the long term staff for failure and the 2 new guys at just 20p Is in my eyes just plain wrong from a private shareholders perspective!
All in my opinion only

I think you will find it’s a small minority not happy with the options.

Most here very happy with the recent reboot , new management, funding resolved, huge name on the register. A lot more to come here.

Those upset rto holders I would suggest have a damn good chance of being above water in the coming months.
