I believe if there’s clarity fees are close and it’s just a timing point rb will top up again as a short term solution.

There’s nil desire to raise at current levels. Sure at some point they may do to expand sales force etc or take a bigger piece of impactscope but I’d suggest this will not happen until we are at least 25-30p.

hazl,
Of much more importance than your cut and paste posts
What’s your view on the below?

Well one things for certain we have now used all the funds from the last RB handout
If we don’t sign any contracts soon with a large upfront payment what happens then?

It's surely going to stifle many industries, flatten a certain number I wouldn't be surprised.
We might be the only company doing any business!

Interesting that suddenly these articles are popping up on the market, now.
For me anyway, it signals a new focus ...or resurgence of such direction ....that perhaps has been under wraps with the warmongering or whatever.

Let's hope that peace is on the cards, but knowing the situation who knows?

'Nearly half of funds with ESG and sustainable terms in their names may breach new EU regulations, says research from Clarity AI.

Clarity AI found that 44% of funds using ESG and sustainable terms may need to change their name or divest assets. This comes following the announcement of new ESMA rules applying to any EU fund using an ESG or sustainability-related term in its name. The rules say that an asset manager using a sustainability or ESG term must ensure that a minimum of 80% of assets are used to meet the environmental and/or social characteristics or sustainable investment objectives of the fund. The rules also state that there should be no exposure to assets that breach the PaB exclusions.

Clarity AI analyzed 3256 EU funds that have ESG or sustainable related terms in their names. Of those funds, the vast majority are Article 8 funds (74%) with Article 9 representing 19% and Article 6 just 7%. Nearly half (44%) contained investments in companies that breach the Paris Aligned Benchmark criteria. 28% have exposure to multiple companies in breach of the PaB exclusion criteria.

Clarity AI also found that in terms of breaches of the PaB exclusionary criteria, nearly half (49%) of Article 8 funds with ESG or sustainable-related terms contain investments in companies with breaches, and around a third of Article 6 (36%) and Article 9 (29%) funds.'

Everyone moaned that Colm never bought.
Jw first day in the job and bought 500k plus not sure how that extra 100k sits.

Great show of intent and confidence.

As has been mentioned he will have wanted clarity on the path to profitability before commiting so it’s a very big statement.

Also makes sense for them to make sure the overhang is cleared so it can’t be sold into whatever news is coming next.

In answer to your question I try to speak to broker and management when I can.

Broker said late yesterday overhang gone.

Mid pm a new seller put 500k on but that went.

Decent volume again and I can see nico’s 16-18 being the new base.

Pj was correct the big seller has been there for a while hence the drift down.

Btw there is a lot more to impactscope than meets the eye. One poster here has been doing alot of digging and that could be a seriously shrewd move by INSG.

They are ambiguous or disengenuous if they are intended to state the existing pre referenced deals have fallen through, but not if you just take their meaning as actually stated.

I don't think they are ambiguous at all.

I think INSG would have had to formally update the market if their deals had fallen through, and I doubt that a few ambiguous hints would somehow be seen to cut the mustard in that regard ;) Whilst replacing Colm has clearly been on the cards for a while.

The delay, as I said is more likely to result of regulatory involvement, however if the deals don't materialise relatively rapidly now I think they will need to update shareholders via an RNS.

There are a number of clues in todays RNS's

''Although sales cycles to large corporates for emerging technologies can take up to 18 months, with impending regulatory changes, our addressable market has enormous potential. Over time, my job will be to ensure that we fully capitalise on these substantial opportunities."

Hints to me that things may take much longer than most here hope for.

And

''Richard Bernstein has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect to devote more time to engaging with asset managers, prospective customers and commercialising Insig's product offering.''

No mention of the recently referenced contracts to be signed ''in short order'' where they should have been included, but ''prospective''. The omission tells its own story in my opinion

Your posts are pointless and more posters are now wisely putting you on filter.
