INSG and Impactscope have been collaborating for some time, since last years Techsprint.

See the joint presentation video on INSG's website for example .

Hence the formal tie up MIGHT be a neccesary precursor to regulatory? deal(s) referenced in April, if you're feeling lucky.

It certainly looks that way PJ doesn’t it

I don't think we could sell a £1 million house for just £75 with a brand new Aston Martin Vantage thrown in with a full tank of fuel!

''ImpactScope has appointed Insig AI as its exclusive agent for global sales to asset managers and international regulators of ImpactScope's award-winning Greenwashing Identifier''

Global sales???

The last contract we won was a very long 19 months ago, and that was insignificant, as was the one before it... Before that there is a track history of......????

Didnt we have a Greenwashing identifier? targetting asset managers?.... errr......

Have we partnered with a competitor?

Not just Colm but also when Kyte coughed up 500k, since little else is on offer people have had to join the dots here so often it's suprising they have any lead left in their pencils.

Of course news was flagged big time in April, against that 5%+ of the company appears to have been sold of by non-BOD insiders a few days ago, those are dots too. Are they really so impatient they didn't want to wait a week or three to realise an extra 500K+? We all obviously hope so, but time will tell

PJ,
From memory a lot of people on here were saying similar
What a signing Colm was etc etc
He turned out to be a dead loss didn’t he
imho

Exactly the same was said when Colm was appointed and look what happened there. If there was no risk then we wouldn't need him would we?

If they don’t sign a large contract with a large upfront payment soon, what then?
Dilution?

Absolutely no way jw risks his reputation.

Therefor I would hazard a guess he doesn’t see it as a risk as he has been party to clarification on upcoming progress.

Sometimes people can’t join the dots for themselves and will wait for news and pay a premium.

The chair and ceo bought 500k shares each and rb converted another 500k at a near 75% premium 🤷‍a94;️

I think once they get a contract or 2 signed and the finances have visibility then we can all start looking to the future.

A lot of the chat is about the past . Surely John Wilson wouldn't have joined the BOD and bought stock if he wasn't confident about our prospects. I'm not saying we will be a 100m pd mkt cap but at 12m pounds I'm willing to take the risk.

Without AWOL contract news we are going to be retesting 10p in 2-3 weeks tops imo. The new chairman, whatever his impressive track record may imply in the longer term, offers only a temporary respite in the absence of the explicitly signalled hard news. In particular we the need the credibility boost of a regulatory tie up and related new product launch, which I am guessing are linked to these AWOL contracts. If these materialise the effect of the board changes will indeed be leveraged.

I think you need to revisit my posts Banshee.

There are numerous reasons as to why no contracts of any significance have not been signed. Ranging from the perilous financial state of the business, an unknown competitor position where we do not know if these referenced contracts have been won by someone else as its now hard to imagine we have any first mover advantage after 3 years, too expensive or are they being done internally to name a few

I have no idea as to why RB averages down as he has. I have given some pinions as I thought that was what the purpose of a BB was for.

I still think it bizarre we had both exec chair and exec CEO. I believe my concerns were proven last week.
Just because a Director is buying is no guarantee of success, as per the 3 years since RTO.

hOWEVER, 2 Directors buying raises eyebrows at least

PJ you have said many times on here that only reason RB has repeatedly invested in the co is because of over optimistic reports given to be him by other directors, have you not? And even -12 months after appointing himself Exec Chair specifically so he could particpate in all important meetings you still apparently believe this is a critical factor?

You must think he is a slow learner indeed.

I’m sure he would but maybe he was given a stay of execution to get them over the line.

I for one am not looking in the rear view now as all you see is a car crash.

Look forwards with the new helm.

I cannot believe there’s been such little discussion or research about the strategic stake in impactscope.

Re Colm, Richard etc.

There are lots of industry experts but very few that can close deals. It’s an art form and doesn’t even need the best offering or tech if you know how to close.

Time will tell with rb and jw.

Let’s judge them in a few months when we see what has been delivered.

Worth remembering than RB switched from Non-exec to Executive chair almost exactly 12 months ago. That prompted the usual outpouring of conspiracy theories on here, although as was pointed out at the time, when an exec chairman exists alongside side a CEO that is normally a sign of transition with one intended to replace the other, and the "handover" learning period typically lasts 12 months, which oddly enough is what has happened here despite the abruptness, almost to the day.

That said it's not hard to imagine Colm might well have preferred to wait until these critical AWOL contracts were announced so he could leave on a high.

Many deals have already been made public knowledge so I dont fully concur.

Grey area admittedly but top 4 deals x 2 and 2 data contracts were said to be close so nomad probably approved buying.

Either way be interesting to see rsp tomorrow after Fridays big lump on bid side.
Several hundred k bid for at near mid…

That’s not a trader. Maybe worth pi’s looking at jw connections I’d say.

Due to the Director buys I don't see anything landing until after 4 weeks. That's not to say buyers won't return if the seller(s) have finished. Maybe now is the time for the investor relations advisor to shine?

I actually believe the new management team will want to hit the ground running so I’m expecting things to start happening.

They will want to dispel the historic delays and show the dawn of a new era imho.

Impactscope have worked with other national regulators as well so very sound move.
