Yes I have been waiting for something like this before adding.
Pity mms desire for the spread, to make it look as if the buys are sells, but I expect it will even out in the end.
Good to get a cheaper price anyway.

So we now have a senior leadership pairing of RB who has serious skin in the game and a major industry player in JW. That will attract its own attention.

Add in the strategic stake in impactscope that opens up the blockchain and social media avenues for analysis.

Feels like a corner has certainly been turned. Get the overhang gone and it could be a very good summer.

I can see from my own trade that the ones in the sell column are likely buys.

Announcements this morning coming nearly as thick and fast as the trading volume in May ... surely this must now be assessed as RB's primary focus and financial commitment which leads to my conclusion that Insig has a future and is a recovery play

And he exercised the loan shares at 20p now what more of a vote of confidence do people want.

Let’s see that seller cleared and it’s straight back to 18-20 then let’s have some contract wins.

If he doesn't get any contracts then he may well be cleaning as a future career.

Totally disagree PJ..the seller disposed of millions of shares when he left the company and returned to South Africa..

In May more than 6 million shares have been traded and that's significantly higher than normal - nothing said by the Company relating to the fall in price since the RB subscription on 2 May at 20p and no announcements of director or connected persons involved in sales - so it would suggest forced selling by persons taking shares on the last placing at 17p

It is extremely rare to find any IPO or reverse takeover that isn't flipped.

Whilst I have no direct proof, the general consensus amongst PI's is that Brokers ''tip off'' clients and no doubt have a self interest, allegedly, in the same practice, despite assurances about safe and sticky hands.

Off course on AIM its usually a sticky wicket!

I'm not that bothered about the seller causing the fall as it's given me the chance to buy more at a better price than a few weeks ago.
