Thanks Noujay a fair summary.

For myself to read later and those who also think an over view is relevant.

Thanks for the name check JJ - you are right to cite me amongst the optimists and I've articulated why in previous posts. On contracts - sure it's been concerning not to have won any significant business, no getting away from it. However, the core offering here is to at least some degree dependent on various conditions - general market, esg/sustainability, regulatory - and last year was fairly challenging. However, those conditions are becoming more favourable and the course is clearly set towards securing contracts as we head into a new regulatory era for greenwashing (no getting away from that either, we are and it's happening the world over), adoption of those and the attendant contribution Insig can make to a variety of players. To your perfectly fair question as to when to worry about contracts. It would be surprising to me if we don't see them start to build momentum in the current quarter. Nobody waits until regs come into force to line up their ducks so focus will be sharpened now - if Insig have the product (FCA, UN connects would imply they certainly have something) then contracts will follow. On top of that, the addition of John Wilson and Roger Parry to the advisory is significant - neither joined a firm they expect to deliver nothing.Just my thoughts anyway.

So when will the Rose Tints/Bulls on here start to get worried about the total lack of decent sized contract wins?

It's hard to imagine that any contracts after January could be included as Revenues? And even now leaves it extremely late.

I do agree with this comment you made PJ1.

'It is common sense to take note of what is in an RNS, stupid and foolish to ignore it, and ignore BB hype or garbage including my comments.'

Therefore the the frequent and large investments RB has made are of great interest to me.

hazl, if as you claim, INSG is 'patiently waiting' then I'd love to know what the Directors and the recent temporary appointments that we cannot afford to pay, are bloody well doing?

I would expect them to be impatient and at least trying to knock doors down.

But what do I know?

I am so glad and happy for you that you are content with the inertia RB recently warned against.

Again not being aware of the over view, means that you are unaware of things like this, that are likely to have held the company back.
They are probably temporary in my opinion, and so to concentrate on the company and blame them wrongly, for some of these things, I think is futile.

It damages your own investment by not encompassing the whole picture, is my belief.

'3. Politicized environment around ESG will remain

Like throughout much of 2023, ESG will remain a partisan topic this coming year. Companies will need to remain cautious about how they discuss sustainability externally amid presidential and congressional elections and expectations for an increase in pro- and anti-ESG legislation in the United States, and in the wake of 50 countries and regional bodies experiencing elections in 2024. There are several potential solutions available for companies on how to approach those officials with polarized pro- and anti-ESG viewpoints, which include using stakeholder mapping on divisive issues and focusing on (or even rebranding) individual initiatives that fall underneath the ESG umbrella that may be less polarizing than the term ESG.'

But as we can see this trend of ESG appears to be here to stay and INSG are patiently waiting I imagine.

RB first averaged down over 2 years ago at 49p. He has averaged down and down since, and it hasn't stopped the rot yet as contracts and Revenues have not materialised as they said they would

No one knows what his investing strategy is here,

I have no doubt he will be averaging down at 9p if that time arrives.

The Company has not painted a defining rosy picture and has warned of the challenges ahead. If Investors ignore that then more fool them.

Hopefully contracts or an out of the blue take-over will emerge. Again no one knows, but they only have 3 months max to do it or they have failed again and the market will react accordingly.

It is common sense to take note of what is in an RNS, stupid and foolish to ignore it, and ignore BB hype or garbage including my comments.

All in my opinion.

Well I went to the trouble of returning to the posts again on the 20th December
and I found many posts from you including this

'PJ 1 - 20 Dec 2023 - 21:28:52 - 4125 of 4305 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE with INSIG AI - INSG
errr. thats hazl and kooba in case anyone wondered, who actually vote down at exactly the same time..... 🤣🤣'

As you got that so clearly wrong, about there being two individuals, can you never accept that you could be better served by reconsidering your biases in terms of this company, too?

Deflect?
I asked you that in my post before and you have ignored it.

What I don't understand is why you continue to pile misery on yourselves, by continually emphasising the past?
Especially, so, as the wider environment is looking so much more promising?
Why not sell if you think it has no chance of recovery?

The Company is clearly stating they need contract or strategic wins to hit forecasts and reduce cash burn, it is in black and white in their own words, although I do wonder if it was slightly disguised in my opinion?

How can any investor, looking to the future, be comfortable that the cash may run out with no wins (there is yet to be any track record of wins)and the share price fall off a cliff within the next 3 months (minus 7 days)

All the above in my opinion

Perhaps it's fair to say our outlook is based on our own personal experience.
So far I have been in here nearly a year and I feel comfortable with how it has gone share price wise.
I understand JJ and PJ's despair if they have suffered since float.

However as Noujay says ...look to the future.

And susan french, rightly states, the man who knows more than any of us presumably, is putting a lot of cash down.
That can't be surely, just for speculation.

''In August, we forecast that the Insig AI business would continue to achieve
increases in revenue in the current and following financial year and for
operational profitability in the current year and beyond. As we approach the
final quarter of our financial year, taking account of proposals with
prospects, our pipeline and the status of our strategic discussions with
potential partners, we remain of that view.''.........

''Based on our expectations for new business wins in the coming quarter and beyond, we believe that the business has sufficient working capital. However, the board
would consider an injection of equity should a potential partner wish to take
a strategic equity stake to fast track growth. The board's view is that should
this occur, pricing should reflect the value of the Company's repository of
corporate disclosures and its machine learning and data science expertise.''

''Since the period end, the positive feedback from our newly launched
Transparency and Disclosure Index ("TDI") is translating into a much broader
list of prospects. In the coming quarter, our mission is to convert several of
these positive trial results and current client proposals into substantial
revenues. Our ability to meet or beat current year revenue and profitability
estimates will depend on this success.''

A number of key questions raise there head here for me.

No CEO comments. I suspect that fact speaks for itself.

In paragraph 1 they state ''In August, we forecast that the Insig AI business would continue to achieve increases in revenue in the current and following financial year and for operational profitability in the current year and beyond.'', and in paragrapg 3 state ''our newly launched Transparency and Disclosure Index ("TDI") is translating into a much broader
list of prospects. In the coming quarter, our mission is to convert several of
these positive trial results and current client proposals into substantial
revenues. Our ability to meet or beat current year revenue and profitability
estimates will depend on this success.''
That hints to me that the prospects in place pre August have disappeared or been put on hold, and that all emphasis for short term growth is on TDI?

We therefore have a crucial quarter coming up. If No positive news flow relating to the above materialises then I'd expect a Placing , probably in single figures. I would expect any equity injection is being worked on and is live, as a contingency?

It is clearly backs to the wall time hence the recent appointments INSG cannot actually afford to pay. Lets hope it is not panic management.

All those who took part in the RTO would never have imagined this perilous position materialising. I would guess the then RTO Chairman did, hence he did a runner.

All eyes on the RNS feed.

All the above in my opinion only
