I believe that our commitment to this programme and the substantial investment that we have made, is about to serve us well."

No further placings forecast
And then a few months later

The Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised GBP0.9 million by way of equity subscription for 5,294,118 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Subscription Shares") at 17 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Subscription Price")(the "Subscription").

The board remains of the view that subject to some further business wins, the Group should achieve operational profitability in its Q2 (ending 30 September 2023). The board remains optimistic that it will achieve operating profitability in FY-24.

What I see is your determination to bury informative posts, like shrewd's, with rubbish.
A common tactic.

IT does nobody any favours and I believe makes you look silly.

With the regs coming into effect in a few months if we don’t get any contracts soon what then?

Yet you added after it went down.
I am afraid you give mixed messages JJ.
If you really believed it was a 'dog', you would sell up.
If you have nothing to say of value, why post, yet remain?
You repeat the same old thing instead of looking for reasons, and shooting anyone down who offers them.
You also write more often than anyone else on this board.
That, in combination, makes me think you are not genuine.

Right

New year new approach to the bb.

Let’s look at who and what INSG have done.

Carval - huge US presence and Europe. Carval were very bullish of INSG.

Fca - key part of the sprint. Again fca named and highlighted INSG involvement.

UN - high bar to pass but INSG named again.

Now either we have great sales presence (btw I believe that’s the weakness) or we have a market leading offering along with a seriously well connected management team which including the advisors.

Again either nothing has been going on behind the scenes and rb has just thrown play money at buying a few shares or as the man looking down on the whole outfit he sees what’s coming.

I’m convinced, I’ve only posted because I feel the fca, UN, carval links have been under estimated and yes the usual doubters will say it means nothing until there are contracts but large structures need strong foundations.

I consider the above 3 known tie ups to be reasonably strong.

Stock Market Forecast 2024: AI Stocks

... "We believe a theme in 2024 will be less about AI's 'creators' and more about AI's 'adopters' — across the spectrum of industries and sectors — as companies increasingly focus their capital spending on productivity-enhancing investments," Liz Ann Sonders, chief investment strategist, and Kevin Gordon, senior investment strategist, wrote in Charles Schwab's 2024 outlook. ..."

I'd say contracts are very likely to start presenting given the regulations coming into effect end of May. Now the shape is clear it's time to get the ducks lined up and, presumably, clients won't wait until the 11th hour to do that

What news do people think is likely to materialise first?

a)Significant contracts?

b) Update on the Strategy review (they have to by March I would have thought)

c) Placing (or more debt)?

Because JJ the industry of AI is new and in a state of flux, with experts disagreeing.
When an industry is evolving it will go through transitionary phases.
That is what is reflected here.
That is why to follow the macro the overview closely, you can sometimes get not just a broader understanding but also timing.

I mean look at the work these companies have to do.

Insig AI could help companies.
