I think that is totally fair enough.

Draw a line and let’s see what the remainder of 2023 holds. As confident as I am I agree it’s now time to deliver.

RB adding again I see. I’m sure some will say it’s only £25k but he’s no fool he wouldn’t throw good money after bad.

He's happy to keep adding. Vote of confidence at least, or more money than sense - one of the two. lol. But nicely done regardless

Let’s just hope that this is where a line in the sand is drawn
The deal making here up to this moment has been truly dire
Fluffy worded guff doesn’t cut it anymore
Firm contracts are required and if our products are as good as hyped then these should filter through over the coming months
If they don’t then it looks very much like we backed the wrong Hos
imho

I know who my money is backing.

Splitting hairs on wording or reading and taking note we are partnered with a huge US fund that for reasons out of everyone’s control have delayed the fund launch slightly. We’re still there and central banks are pushing the esg agenda.
The fca preferred INSG to any other scoring tool. Joint statement to come. I don’t care if fca deal is for free or a nominal fee it will make INSG industry standard. Growing a business sometimes requires longer term outlooks and for me RB is building something substantial here. Re funding they have enough for another 6-9 months with zero contract wins but the cherry will be another deal or 2 similar to carval that will meet that exponential growth target for 2025-2027. What value INSG if they are bringing in £7,8,9m pa recurring revenues?

Seriously - backing RB from this point forward seems the better option than backing PJ's somewhat jaundiced view of how to read a Chairman's Statement!

Insig AI loss widens on impairment costs; revenue rises

(Alliance News) - Insig AI PLC on Monday said its full-year revenue rose but its loss widened on an impairment charge.

The London-based data science and machine learning firm reported an increase in revenue to GBP2.1 million in the year that ended March 31, from GBP1.7 million in the year prior. The company noted that its core Insig AI business delivered 85% growth in revenue to GBP700,000.

Insig AI said pretax loss was GBP21.4 million, widening from a GBP3.2 million loss a year ago. The company said the pretax loss included an impairment charge of GBP16.6 million, compared to no impairment costs a year ago.

Looking ahead, Insig said it expects further sales growth in its Insig AI business, as well as operating profitability in financial 2024.

Chair Richard Bernstein said: "We have spent the last two years developing what we believe is a world class corporate disclosure database with over 130 million machine readable sentences. The work that we are now doing with the FCA and several other international regulators demonstrates the value of this core asset.

"In the coming months, through partnerships, distribution agreements and direct selling, we expect to monetise this offering to market participants for whom transparency of disclosures matters."

Insig AI shares rose 2.3% to 15.60 pence each on Monday morning in London.

You are always missing something bully boy pj. In fact you miss the intelligence and skills to be a successful investor but there is no doubting your ability to pick losers. Face it bully boy pj you are the master of failed investments. Where you excel is blaming everyone else for your failures and spend you life moaning blaming directors.

Has it occurred to you bully boy pj they have succeeded in being directors.

Tell us what have you succeeded at ?

Just my gut feeling but they had till the end of September to release the results.

Get the feeling this is a case of get this out the way so it doesn’t blight the start of decent newsflow.

========================================================================================

With low sales and even lower costs then why weren't Results announced with 2 months?

In an increasingly complex and dynamic financial landscape, companies that successfully navigate the intersection of technology and responsible investing are poised to stand out. Insig AI’s Final Report announced today showcases its strategic advancements, partnerships, and financial achievements, shedding light on its positioning in this evolving market ESG market hoisted upon us all, whether we like it or not, by Blackrock. There is a, but that is progressing slower and frustrating investors and board members, as you will read.

But even cynics might agree this looks like it's been "kitchen sinked" with tax losses of £13 million:: RB's reputation and money on the line :: operational profit stated for 23/4 :: exponential growth projected from 2025 through to 2027 :: recognised products and quality partners :: prospects in "S"& "G" as well as "E" :: regulations will lead asset managers & Big 6 Accounting firms to INSIG Starting from here looks good - but unfortunately 2020/2021 was a false and frustrating start !

Not much to write home about for sure, higlight being

"We have also recently been able to utilise this capability to construct a fixed income model portfolio, which, based on momentum and value criteria, is able to deliver 160 basis points of additional alpha. We now intend to partner with an asset manager to test this portfolio optimisation tool on an existing portfolio."

160 basis points is a really big deal in the fixed income world, and INSG should be able to generate a % of AUM here, 2million for every 1bn AUM would be a modest estimate, about 12% of the gain.
