"croas - have to agree with almost everything you say - bar the net profits. I will stick my neck out and say that they could possibly be higher. Do remember that they only have 25 odd staff so overheads should be pretty contained. As you say the only unknown is the marketing spend. But if they manage to achieve £9m turnover on a 62% GP margin then that gives GP of £5.6m. 25 staff at circa £35k each will mean £875k - call it a million. Max £2.5m to £3m marketing and other costs should leave a pretty net margin. AIMHO."


And what a net margin! The operational gearing here is very pleasing indeed.

Maintained a strong balance sheet and no mention of a fund raise which, if it was going to happen would have been stated alongside this.
So we can put that rumour to bed.

Does anyone know if we're expecting one of costs in the second half? If there aren't any one of costs in the second half then it will be a profit of around £1million.

£9m as predicted and 62% GP.The skin brightening range is the last piece in the jigsaw alluded to in the interims.

Skin brightening is a huge market.Profit margin well up.Great news, but remember what happens today or this week won't be where the big money is, this one is aiming to be a billion pound company.

Who's ramping it on other boards? Personally in the main I think this is a board with lots of good posters with reasoned debate and lots of valuable research. Having said that we do have some idiots on here both on the ramping and deramping side.

I also couldn't sleep so looked at the Australian Leimo site for the hair care range. Not sure if the UK range will be completely new or repackaged/reformulated from Aussie range. Either way I am a happy long term holder.
