04/1/2016 19:39 | No consolidation Will motor to 100 during earnings season | dt1010
04/1/2016 19:26 | David you maybe right but there are a few other changes which have put me off, buying houses to let out and debt has risen but it appears land bank has not. Not keen on delaying the results last year which seemed a move to boost the share price which did not seem to work. Anyway I took my profit, I was hoping to hold until over £1 but the large director sales decided me to take the money. May well revisit if the price drops. | raybies
04/1/2016 18:43 | Time will tell but I think this is the start of consolidation around 80/85 as we wait for more news which will drive the price. | peter27
04/1/2016 18:42 | raybies....you cannot value a land developer and housebuilder on eps multiples. It is all about the long term value of the assets and growth in NAV which will be very significant over the next two years. If they do not sell big plots of land then they cannot create quick eps profits but that does not mean the value of the land or the company has reduced. It just means they are storing up value. | davidosh
04/1/2016 18:11 | EPS growth is forecast -59%, EPS N 2015 13.8, 2016 5.6 | raybies
04/1/2016 17:54 | Nasty double top upon the charts. So does it break up or down from here? | acropolis1728
04/1/2016 17:46 | -ve EPS ???????????????????? | shanklin
04/1/2016 16:16 | I did hold INL until recently, thought at 87p they looked overvalued considering the forecast for this year is negative EPS. Also the CEO has sold nearly 2m shares recently. | raybies
04/1/2016 15:15 | Why no money in government scheme? That doesn't sound like the government I know...? | sweyn

04/1/2016 12:23 | Lots of buys coming through now reversing the morning trend which is nice to see. Some more good newsflow and these could fly even more. Regards Source. | source
04/1/2016 09:53 | I rather hope INL will have nothing to do with the new Government scheme as won't be enough cash in it. Better they concentrate on the sites they own where there will be a decent planning gain. Cambridge one seems to be a Gallagher JV with the MOD. Dover - utter cesspit of a place. Gosport - site been available for ages Lower Graylingwell is only 160 homes. | igbertsponk
04/1/2016 09:53 | david Good talk.Thanks. Are you getting them for any another meeting ? | jaws6
04/1/2016 09:45 | China was down 5% and other markets are off 1 or 2% following that. Some days the whole market goes up or down and nothing to do with individual stocks so if a long term investor these are buying opportunities if one of your key stocks is hit unecessarily hard. I have reviewed the past year and looked at a few small caps here... | davidosh
04/1/2016 09:30 | all builders down apart from telford who were tipped in mail on sunday | manrobert
04/1/2016 09:07 | Wonder why it's dropping today? | sweyn
04/1/2016 02:32 | I rather suspect Inland will be one of the key design & building partners in some of these direct build schemes just announced One of them is a large MoD site in Cambridgeshire.and two of the others are MoD sites on the south coast so all in our regions "Today's radical new approach will mean the government will directly commission small and up-and-coming companies to build thousands of new homes on sites right across the country," he added. | davidosh
01/1/2016 20:29 | I always assumed Barbados had enough entertainment to fight off forum addiction? | sparkyhd
01/1/2016 20:05 | Talk of Cameron wanting to encourage more house-building should help INL & others. | jdb2005
