20/11/2015 20:39 | I have very nice profits here from a medium sized position. But if that's more Director selling with no more explanation then I shall be reviewing my position here, Shades of past Director Communication greatly in the spotlight. Did they learn or not! | pj 1

20/11/2015 16:03 | Martin I attended last year (or was it the year before) and just parked in one of the side streets - there are a few options and no parking meters on most of the side roads. | norbert colon
20/11/2015 15:52 | Hi David, Is there any parking there? I see its very close to the railway station. Thank you, Martin | shanklin

20/11/2015 13:11 | How many of you are coming to the Agm ? The Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting, to be held at 10:00 a.m. on 14 December 2015 at Inland Homes plc's registered office, Decimal Place, Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP6 5FG, can be found on the Company's website at hxxp://www.inlandhom You can get all those answers straight from the directors. There are nearly always at least twenty of us there and we had 50 at one Agm. Allow a couple of hours as they will probably do a presentation within the meeting | davidosh
20/11/2015 11:10 | Yup, topped up as well, should IMO see these shares placed with the right partners and then we are hopefully on track to get back through 70p! DYOR...can't blame a director for taking some profits, although I would agree the way it was all done and RNS etc looked it a little careless! gla | qs99
20/11/2015 11:04 | Directors usually sell their rights issues immediately on receipt or soon thereafter but not in advance. It cannot be assumed that the additional shares he will receive in December will not also be sold. Obviously he may have valid personal reasons for doing so. | salchow
20/11/2015 10:57 | As I said earlier, imo, overreaction. Well done to those that topped up.David, quick question at your recent lunch were all most of the senior directors there or someone one lower down the chain? | ravin146
20/11/2015 10:47 | david - they show in the employees note the total bonus figure. If it was just directors then the 2 figures would have tallied. | igbertsponk
20/11/2015 10:46 | I've been sitting on the fence for some time after cashing out at 75.5p but now finally bought in at a decent price. GFRD directors have been cashing in huge chunks of their shares every year soon after results and it prevented me from buying in at 600p. Sometimes directors just want to spend their cash rather than sit on it. This has been trading within a range for some time and we are at the typical part of the year when no one is buying but the housebuilders almost always do well from end of Nov right through to May. Might buy some TW and PSN too. | winsome147
20/11/2015 10:44 | Igbert.....Annual reports are not required to show levels of individual employee remuneration beyond the directors or staff bonuses so how can you be certain of the information you have quoted. Can I also just point out that Stephen Wicks sold a huge part of his holding when the shares were just 17p to fund a house build and he told shareholders about this at an Agm so anyone thinking they were fully valued because he sold then would have been Errrrr... Wrong ! He is not selling up here. That was 10% of his holding and he has more shares adding to his holding shortly. He will have tax liabilities and other commitments just like the rest of us but may not have tens of investments away from Inland to fund them from elsewhere. It could probably have been handled and released in a better way but does not worry me at all. | davidosh
20/11/2015 10:34 | Well I have topped up | nurdin
20/11/2015 10:31 | manrobert If I had sold last week at 73.25p, I would certainly have been buying near the bottom today. Cheers, Martin | shanklin
20/11/2015 10:16 | Where is DT today ?, must be topping up | mr hangman
20/11/2015 10:01 | I wasn't sure I had done the right thing when I sold out at 73.25 last week but seems I was lucky.good luck to those remaining, | manrobert
20/11/2015 09:56 | Re: note 30 - the prelims on 29/10/15 stated During the financial year, Inland acquired 76 existing houses, together with undeveloped land, that was released by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation at Wilton Park in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. The Group intends to hold the houses as investment properties and we have seen a revaluation surplus on these properties of £14.5m at the balance sheet date. As you say - a bargain | joe say
20/11/2015 09:34 | Overreaction imo, the trade seen yesterday like a sore thumb.£1m trade exactly seems odd to me, my gut feeling it is for another investment.Still has a good % holding so NOT worried that this is related to profit taking/forbidding future bad results.Let's see plenty of buying and yes just seen £29m cost for that site...bargain!Imo, dyor | ravin146 |
