If the BoD are going to dump all their shares.....then, I would expect John Wood to crank up the volume to get the share price up....

I,m trying to piece the jigsaw togther with a blindfold on. But reading L & G's website lit my eyes up . They have invested 10 bil already and are investing anothe 5 bil into all sorts of projects / infastructure / property builds / gas pipelines.

They are clear in their website what their remit is and I should think INFA fits the bill.

My thoughts alone but does make you wonder.

I don't think the BOD will offload if the project gets finance that for sure, I wouldn't given the long term nature of project as ultimately will end up a dividend Payer

Also of Note is Mutual Energy ( who L & G invested 200 mil 6-Aug ) used to be partners with INFA

Totally agree Boxer!Infa is a perfect fit for L&GPaddy Larkin (mutual CEO) was also a director in IMSL until infa bought their 10%.He was obviously involved with the "gas to the west " £200mill deal.

Been doing some futher research today and cast my mind back to Malcy's blog where he hinted at Project finace

Others maention Legal and General & they already hold 3%

Searched Legal and General website Direct investments, same who just invested in 200 mil in Northern Ireland Gas pipeline , Mutual Energy.

I say piece of the jigsaw as the funding process for Infrastrata will have to be creative whilst getting all funding partners into place conditional on each other. A partial farm-out to, say a pension fund, with long term requirements for income offset against liabilities would lead to the company keeping some of the project leaving it able to develop other similar challenges in the space. This would avoid dilution at PLC level which pension fund investors would find preferable.

As infa has prequalified for the UK Government guarantee scheme I think we can assume that the IPA will have already considered these points

Boxerdogz - Tried again a some hours later and bought more, over 0.01 cheaper.
Amazing as there appears no let up in demand.

Good call buying yesterday. Decent when you buy a stock and straight to blue, takes the worry out even if a dip may follow
