Do you mean this?
Self-explanatory I think.
From DShares magazine..

'A total of 30,000,000 options over new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Options") have been granted to all the directors of the Company, with each director receiving 7,500,000 Options. The Options are exercisable at a price of 1 penny per share (a premium of 270 per cent. to the closing share price on 16 February 2018) for a period of five years. The Options are subject to performance criteria and become exercisable in tranches as follows:

'· as to one third of Options held upon completion of the FEED;

· as to one third of Options held upon commencement of construction of the Project following a successful conclusion of the Financial Investment Decision; and

· as to one third of Options held upon the date of first gas stored at the Project.

The Options become exercisable immediately in the event of a sale of the Company, its subsidiary (subject to the Project comprising an asset of the subsidiary) or the Project, and in customary "good leaver" circumstances.'

Well I got some under .6 but didn't mind paying over .6 subsequently because of the previous run-up and background pointers.........

Missed my second purchase target price again by a tiny margin
Today may be my last chance under .6 but you have to stick to your tgts and Malcy doesn't report until Monday.

It was clear there was going to be some profit-taking after the strong run but now for those that can read between the lines....the future awaits!

Petronas have made their intentions known as far as UK gas assets are concerned!

"PETRONAS Energy Trading will be using Humbly Grove's storage capacity to optimise its UK gas portfolio in combination with its flexible Dragon LNG terminal send-out capacity, and other UK and northwest European (NWE) gas positions," the group said. It added that it will also be looking to add more flexible gas positions to its portfolio.

To be fair, all the appointments of the last 3 months are intriguing and point to positive developments behind the scenes. Of course the Arun appointment and his CV (with Petronas, Star and Vitol history) may suggest something commercial in the pipeline..an offtake would be stonking

We await news, eagerly

VITOL
hxxps://www.vitol.com/

Worth checking out who Vitol actually are then checking out NED Arun Raman link to them!

"Arun Raman has spent the past 20 years within the commodities and infrastructure sector. While at Star Energy Group plc (now known as Petronas Energy Trading Ltd.), Arun was responsible for commercialising its 10BCF Humbly Grove Underground Gas Storage Project, including the negotiation and commercial delivery of the Gas Storage Agreement with Vitol SA as the capacity offtake client. He also negotiated and executed agreements with the National Grid in relation to physical gas flows between the Humbly Grove gas storage facility and the National Transmission System. On the trading side, Arun set up trading desks for natural gas, power and carbon emissions for the group.

Â

Following on from there, Arun was hired by Vitol Services Ltd. in London where he was actively trading carbon emissions and other commodities. Arun specialises in commercial negotiations and monetising assets underpinned by commodity flows as well as trading of commodities around such assets."

Not hard to join the dots and see why Arun was appointed imo

What is important and already known...from 6th August..

'Natural gas storage group InfraStrata said it was halfway through early design work for its proposed Islandmagee salt cavern gas storage facility in Northern Ireland.

Front-end engineering and design work commenced in May 2018 and was scheduled to be delivered in accordance with EU grant provisions by no later than December 2018.

The work was being delivered on time and on budget by supply chain partners, the company said.

'To date there have been no significant design issues that will prevent the project being constructed as planned'

I am pleased to have been able to pick up a few more over the last dip!
The director confidence is the cherry on the cake really for me, because I got them on the fundamentals and future scenario.
