Whilst the new board for one reason or another have not progressed the project as was intimated, for reasons as yet not in the public domain, there has in this last RNS been confirmation that overheads for the completion of FEED have been brought down significantly. It has also been confirmed in previous RNS that EU grants and march funding ARE still available regardless of Brexit negotiations. You do have no wonder why posters such has Harry Potter spend so much time spinning such negative posts on these boards, as reasonably they have nothing to gain by this if invested. There's a much more upbeat group of investors on twitter than the likes of negative spinsters whom lurk here.

Those who are able to sell them before the news comes out?Anyway, there must be reasonable doubt that they will not get an EU grant given Brexit takes place a year from now. I can see the discussions drifting on and on until they are timed out.

I don't know how any of them have managed to squeeze a few hundred £k out of various sources time & time again this past 18 months or more... who falls for it ?????

Yes Portland gas! These name changes tend to throw you off the scent.

I've always been skeptical of this one. For me it's hard to believe that anything will come of this for current shareholders, but wish them well, all the same.

Directors, in general........... don't you just love their vision, when they want cash.

Think so Nick, stopped following years ago, looks in fact like it may be the Directors storing Methane gas "In Vivo"

LOLs... the Business is a reinvention of Portland Gas that attempted to pursue the same Vision on the south coast of England... which came to nothing.

I think you'll find I spelt it out for you yourself earlier pointing out the inaccuracy of your loose statement!! As for the £2m we all know £2m is needed to access the EU grant blah blah blah old news but you seem to suggest this would be obtained through further equity raise hence further dilution?? Don't think so!!!

Jackthelad5.

I think kim_clay has spelt it out for you. Resolution 6.
Raise £2 million pounds.

Current market cap £2.054 million with 501 million shares currently in issue.

With a 20% discount on current share price that will require another 600 million shares to be issued. Or more if the share price goes lower when the penny drops with shareholders.

nlmbidc - do you care to expand on that last statement "Shares being watered down by the board, and a lot faster than the previous board."??? Maybe we should just let the facts speak for themselves....71M shares in issue in 2010 up to 376M shares under the old bod upon their removal. New bod come along to find no money left in the tin and equity raise to current 501M. Hmmm 81% dilution by old bod compared to 25% with current bod and only because they took over the company with virtually no money left in the pot...don't you think that's a bit more accurate??!!!

I never said I knew anything about you other than your claim from ages ago about still being invested here. Very odd your behaviour considering you hold a position.

You can't sell worthless paper... so you clearly know nothing about me, my investment nor the atrocious performance of this non-Business.
You may well be nothing more than a day-trader or looking to short this as it finally breathes its last breath... good for you.

Mr Potter let me pose that question to you....why? I mean why looking at your posting history do you continue to spout such persistent negativity?? All Bibs said was that he was looking forward to the next few weeks here I for one am too. Nobody has to tell you why just that we are but, presumably if you really were invested here you would have sold out long ago. I myself remain positive but you don't see me ramping this share for my own agenda like you do so again I ask why??? why bother???
