Why would I be posting here were I not invested? Besides the point, what business is it of your's? I don't really care for you'r tone either.https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/rough-turns-up-heat-on-fears-over-gas-storage-zxrzq69hwThe energy company also joined mounting calls for the government to address the future of gas storage amid concerns that consumers could be left exposed to supply shocks after the closure of Rough, Britain's biggest storage facility.Centrica, Rough's owner, said in June that it would permanently shut the site, a disused North Sea gasfield, because repairing its ageing infrastructure was no longer commercially viable.

Interesting that you're replicating somebody else's post LemonC@ck... and you've only been posting here since May this year, with no prior knowledge and still haven't actually confirmed if you're invested at all (since approximately that time). Still think you're a very transparent, un-invested RAMPER.

Now that's more like it... somebody has unearthed from the cavernous depths of the Information 'sinkhole' where the real value might lurk and what that value could be based on some loose associations with possibly similar ventures.

Wouldn't it be astonishing if the new BoD managed to find a most appropriate Buyer for something like 10s of millions ??!!!!

cl0ckw0rk0range - just filter both, then you never need to read the rubbish they come out with. They are happy with the attention from every response they get and probably get satisfaction from winding you up. Filter them and they lose that satisfaction.

So PW doesn't need to make any declarations due to holding <3%
The other one may not need to as the Instrument in question isn't explicitly listed in ESMA's Article 13 info related back to DTR 5.3.1 et al.

So thanks for confirming neither of them has to declare a thing and that you seem to be agreeing you don't know how many Shares either holds since June.

Well Done, most appreciated..... NEXT ??????

"Foster described gas as the “most important component” within the UK’s energy mix and said that “ultimately, there will be a shift to gas as the primary source of fuel for electricity generation as well as heating homes and businesses” due to the closure of coal-fired power stations.

“Suitable gas storage solutions are vital to ensuring energy security, providing a certainty of delivery despite the vagaries of the global gas market and helping to facilitate the efficient operation of the UK energy market,” he added."

With Rough gone and suitable gas storage solutions deemed "vital", Infrastrata is in the right place, at the right time.

The two useless clowns still at it I see.

I'm sure any normal person realises what a waste of your life it is to troll a thread.

The winners in life succeed. Instead of looking for success themselves the losers waste their time trying to have a go at the winners. And that's why they remain losers.

That was prior to the 28th June !!... and only communicated by them using the Business's website, that was under their direct control... it's just a Web Page.

You have no idea what they have invested today because the Instruments they've used are their personal business and under their personal control.

The Website information could have been out-of-date as of 29th June.
It may also have been using out-of-date Data the moment the Web Page was published on the 28th June.

Do you know the actual FACTS & FIGURES as of today (or even as of any time this month) ?

ALWAYS CONSIDER EVERYTHING YOU DON'T KNOW !!!!

The 2 directors currently have £111k and £87k of their own money currently invested here according to the holdings figures. Just under £200k between them. A significant amount.

With such sums invested they will be personally driven to firstly preserve their own capital and secondly to maximise the return on that investment.

The BoDs of many AIM companies have little if any skin in the game and an increasing share price to them is neither here nor there. Here it is different with A & P both putting their own money on the line. Increasing shareholder value will be a genuine desire, since an increase in share price will also be an increase in personal wealth.

I'm sure both directors have been looking at all sorts of ways in which they can get the share price on an upwards trend whilst protecting capital.

News can't be far away now.
