How's your personal investment looking C@ckLemon ?... with these heading down to about 0.4p shortly you must have been bitten badly too by now, assuming you've ever actually been invested at all and aren't just the paid RAMPER you're suspected of being.

Are you 50% down now ?

The thing about overly bearish trolls with a short is that they have an unenviable position if good news drops as they have to cover. Just a thought...

Although we needed the cash ,for me I see it as someone acquiring significant shares at bargain prices.I doubt someone would invest a relatively large amount of cash without seeing the potential talked about in this mornings rns.Obviously its only my personal opinion but I see today as hugely positive and look forward to the coming months.

Yes !! Hang on though ???? The 100% downside can be very easily qualified... how exactly do you qualify any upside of (say) 10% or 100% or 1000% ???
Surely they are all simply wild guesses or a very speculative nature... where as a 100% downside is genuinely => 98% of the way there already... LOLs

""The Company stands at a significant crossroads and I am pleased to confirm that we are extremely encouraged by developments since being elected onto the Board. The Project shows excellent scope to create value for our shareholders. The positive engagement that we have achieved with stakeholders and potential and existing partners has been remarkable.Energy security of both gas and electricity supplies in the whole of the UK is likely to be adversely affected once Centrica's Rough facility closes in around two years, and there are increasing concerns and focus on energy security. We are pleased that we have the opportunity to support the UK and Irish Governments and their respective economies in ensuring continuity of supply. We anticipate that once the UK leaves the EU, it will no longer be able to depend upon the EU requirement for member states to support each other at times of peak energy demand. The revised strategy of pursuing new potential monetisation routes in conjunction with a flexible, dynamic modus operandi ensures that opportunities are maximised to the enhancement of the Company's financial position and future. Further announcements concerning the new chapter of InfraStrata will be made in due course, in line with our stated policy of co-alignment with shareholders, having regard to all stakeholders and interest groups.""Placing was inevitable at this juncture.

What do you mean by "possess" Islandmagee ?
It's National Trust property.
The proposed Caverns will be a mile beneath the surface of the Loch, which is typically Crown Property when in UK coastal Waters.
The Business appears to own nothing at all.
It has PERMISSION to do some ground level work on dry land, that's it.
We own nothing.
There don't appear to be any tangible Assets that could be sold after all this time. The MV appears to be based purely on the EU Grant which the Business won't have access to unless an equal amount is raised from other sources.
In essence there is nothing more to this Business than a few bits of Paper and yet millions have found there way out of the Business's coffers to other Parties over a sustained period of years.

One positive is that infa do possess island magee ,the salt was drilled and entities have paid to have access to the data from the drill.I suspect the drill found more than salt .Of coutse this is a risky investment and could go either way although I am sure the new captains of the ship must have done their due dilligence and surely would of had some potential interest in island magee before they launched their coup..Time will reveal all on this speculative punt.Cash is needed to keep afloat so the time is not openended.

I doubt anybody stuck holding almost valueless Shares for a long time now have been fooled at all by how comfortably the prior BoD sloped off in silence and the 2 new Chancers completed their "coup" so easily. Nor will any such longer-term Holders have been fooled by the brief spike in the share price that the new BoD could definitely have benefited from for a brief period, nor that there hasn't actually been a worthwhile Plan from the new BoD at all.

Only very recent new Investors may have been fooled, assuming they didn't take advantage of the brief spike in the share price

I do think it's time AIM did more to stop charlatans raising Funds in this Market, draining all Funds away from speculative Investors they reel in, whilst producing nothing at all of any real value.

Looks like around 13million sold in tranches throughout the day... which could easily be either Director... but who knows ????

Totting up over the past 2 weeks, it's feasible both Directors have bailed already !!... and "NO" they don't have to declare anything because of the "Instruments" they used to buy-in.

It's dying the inevitable death, imo.

I did a lot of scouting around yesterday with regard to one of the latest Directors... not at all pretty from what I could tell... generally winds-up Businesses on behalf of the other Directors !!!... and I mean 100s of Businesses, predominantly registered in NI.

Maybe the change of address to the following explains why ?

Blackstable House Longridge, Sheepscombe, Stroud, Gloucestershire, GL6 7QX

Private property of one or more of the 3 current Directors ?
