So did you invest back in early May when you first started posting on these INFA Threads ?
Did you get out at the high in mid-July, making a nice 50% Profit on that short-term investment ? (Hope you did)
Or are you holding on desperately now that you've realised you've missed the biggest opportunity in July and the reality of what you bought into has hit home ?
How many 100s of 1000s of Shares did you buy again ?

Unless of course you're nothing but a transparent RAMPER

Gold and mining shares are the best investment with a war about to start.

What "swing up"... a Rocket like an ill-fated Shuttle launch ???
The Chart above is clear... down, down, down and down.
If you mean that pi$$-poor Peak that the new BoD themselves could easily have benefited from as a result of their own Coup that they themselves were invested in at that time, then you're clearly deluded and can't see the Facts & Figures that are staring you in the face.... FOOLS !!

Some good strength this morning.

Could well be the start of the next swing up. The last one was like a rocket.

From LSEYes, I can certainly see why many will be happy to invest just on the back of Adrian alone. You get the sense that whatever he turns his hand to, he will go the extra mile to see it through and achieve a positive outcome. It's worth reading a load of his previous posts on this thread. Quite amazing the amount of work he appears willing to put in. And he will persist where others might not. Great to know too that increasing shareholder value is high in his list of priorities too, which makes a pleasant change from the previous board. I do get the sense that there is a very good potential turnaround story here. With the company just a micro cap, there's a real possibility of a multibagger if things play out as planned. The icing on the cake is that you have guys like Adrian and Peter at the helm with good experience, great contacts and the necessary drive and enthusiasm to move the story forward. And of course it certainly helps that they are financially aligned with us shareholders and have a meaningful reason to want to drive the share price much higher.

The new Board Members are invested via certain Instruments... one of them doesn't have to say a thing about what % a privately held Personal Pension Plan is or is not invested in, never mind this particular Business... any Investments via that Plan can be flipped at will. The original Shareholding didn't have to be declared and doesn't have to be now... think about this... how are you going to actually check what that Person's Plan is invested in today... it's not yours to look at ?

Yes does appear that a few heads are popping up to impart their theories here, bearing in mind there were several such characters on LSE for months talking it down daily. Bitter ex investors / employee perhaps?

Seems like a lot of "words" but little in the way of a firm plan. What the heck is "unearth hidden value"... The previous management tried, at length, to sell but couldn't seem to find a buyer, at least it seems not one prepared to pay what they wanted. I presume these guys will have now reviewed what offers were made, or not made, or rejected and revisited with those potential buyers with a let's do a deal attitude, unless of course they've discovered that there were no offers, or there were and the number they offered is even less than they think is acceptable.. the value of an asset is not what it's "worth", it's what someone is prepared to pay, and what they are prepared to pay depends on how many others want it, and what alternatives do you have, especially if you're out of cash....I fear the new team may have opened the box and discovered reality...

Potter,

Assume for one moment your thesis is plausible. The Executive Board members would have to notify the sale of their holdings when below the relevant thresholds. I will check in a moment what each of them holds (from memory between them some 5% or so), but I have not noted any announcement indicating they have gone below 3% (assuming they were above it in the first place). If they held less than that, it is hardly worth the trouble of going to such lengths to offload a small stake.

Okay yasX - long-standing Theory.

The coup was orchestrated by the old BoD themselves to allow them to back away stealthily on the pretext of being ousted, before the Business failed.

The coup-sters were encouraged to participate with the promise that such an event would naturally generate excitement and the perception that all would not be lost, that brighter days would lie ahead, a new dawn, etc.... resulting in an uplift in the SP, albeit only for a few short months.

The coup-sters got in at the lowest of lows, the coup unfolded, the excitement prevailed, the share price peaked, the coup-sters benefited from their short-term endeavours.

Meanwhile there hasn't been any other Plan but to let the Business fold into Administration as the final dregs of Cash are spent fruitlessly.

The original BoD made plenty over several years.
The Coup-sters make money briefly.
All other Investors are left with nothing.

That's a Theory as to what may have been happening, maybe... unless you believe there is a Plan and all will end well ?

Appendix 2 Requisitioners' Statement

"The Requisitioning Shareholders believe that the strategy of the proposed and revised board of directors of the Company for value realisation should be to:

- Immediately cut or otherwise significantly reduce the Company's spending of cash on general and administrative expenses.

- Align senior management, and thereby the decision-making power, of the Company with stakeholders by the appointment of directors who have meaningful stakes in the Company and will be driven by its future success, for the benefit of shareholders as a whole.

- Engage with current and prospective new stakeholders with a view to maximising the potential returns of the Company.

- Initiate an immediate strategic review tasked with assessing how to efficiently transform the Company so that it creates an alignment of all stakeholders and identifies the most expedient route to value maximisation of its assets.

- Pursue funding initiatives to facilitate the Company being able to maximise a return on its current assets, thereby accelerating the monetisation of those assets.

- Extract the hidden value from the Company's assets, which is not reflected in the current share price.

We would anticipate the Company's shares to appreciate significantly upon the adoption of this strategy as market price implied uncertainty over cash spending and monetisation of assets is removed over time.

What was the incoming directors plan? Not sure they said they had one, other than cutting costs and "aligning" with shareholders.
