I thought it looked like it'd retrace to around 58/59 but now I'm not so sure and may have to buy higher
Chart looks set to rise steeply eoy/early next yr and I want to build a sizeable hdg before it gets going

Is this a head and shoulders pattern in the making? On the technical side.

I take profits on 10 baggers ive had and invest the profits in blue chips.

I have many many shares underwater, but if one rises eventually enough for me to take some profit , i then reinvest in a blue chip. In that way i keep a good balance in the portfolio.

I never sell my loses i hold on to them until they turn, but i do spread my risk far and wide too.

I'm sorry about Mirabeau. I've suffered lots of setbacks on the markets over the years, several of which dwarf the losses that he mentions. Not to boast, just to say, there is only really one kind of learning here, which is by losing. All the rest might as easily be luck, and you will sooner or later lose a/the lot. Every trade carries the possibility of failure, and you have to remain alive to that possibility by not being too attached to any one position.

At one stage I made it a rule never to invest in penny shares - like this. Though I retain my full position here and haven't yet seen anything to change my mind, but I am not hurt by the downs, so losses are tolerable and part of the natural oscillation in my folio. So sizing has to be rule no. 1. Then, I would say, stop losses, which it sounds like he's done.

Hope he's ok.

Things happen.
Anyway,I expected and assumed that we would have a bit of turbulence around the warrants scenario so that ought to improve now surely?

Note this statement from this rns

"The new executive team at InfraStrata has taken steps to improve IT and ensure that any future such notifications are announced to the market in a timely manner."

New executive team, suggests it was the old teams fault (AP was the only executive by the way)

John Wood had no choice...they were rumbled on this website and LSE.

Others probably found out too, as it was on Market Screener....this is what may have caused the panic in the share price......investors thinking trust had been breached and dodgy dealings were afoot to deliberately mislead although imo it was just as they say, oversights in the midst of a flurry of other activity.

However, that said, I greatly admire JW too and his track record is extremely impressive in all the areas we need him to be. I am as sure as I could possibly be that he is going to take us to dizzy new heights.

Separately I would just like to say that Mirabeau will be sadly missed,by me anyway, on these boards, if indeed Mirebeau, you have sold up completely.
A good researcher and enthusiastic poster as you ever would find that has just suffered a bit of bad luck, as the market has been extremely difficult to read in recent times.
M if you're out there I wish you well and to remind you, that not everybody is doing as well as you think they are; it's a strange old world out there.
Anyway good luck and if you need a break take it and hope to hear from you soon.

I also suspect that JW was non too happy about this hence his ( moving Rocks ) comments yesterday on Twitter.

Both missing RNS prior to his time as CEO

Looking at the charts we are sitting at Support area on 0.6 lets see where we go from here.

Had a listen back to the CC today , first time since listening in live. I remain and will remain a LTH and look forward to future +ve RNS this side of 2019.

Noted the comments from chairman about closed periods , could be due to company statements / else price sensitive info , take your pick.

Agree with Spud I view this as a buying opportunity at these levels for those who hold else a entry point for others. My Opinion in any case.

And as I type this the buys are stating to come in steady.

Tbf compared to the last 12 months turbulence this dip is nothing bibs. An easy hold for me with the project moving forward to construction. When a tenant or funding news comes this dip will be looked back on as a missed buy opp by many

The only words of wisdom that can be given to those with mouths wide open is to keep the faith and follow your head. This is AIM and have experienced such turbulence many, many times over 25 years of investing on the stock market. From where I sit personally, there is no negative project news to substantiate the recent dip.Happy to hear other's take though.....

SPUD Post 2767

'A day of moving rocks, frustrating day. The processes I have implemented will make us stronger. #INFA'

Cackle! Cackle!....Urban Dictionary....Breaking Rocks....'If you've got coke that's been protected from the moisture (zip lock bags) you can break it down into rocks that are around 1g or less'.

The other Urban dictionary definition can't be printed here!

....If John was up to either of these all day, he's a player that's for sure!!!

LoL.
