10/9/2018 23:20 | Managing expectations is key here. I for one don't think an RNS telling us that *1.* (for example) has been completed ahead of schedule is going to have a positive effect on sp, it shouldn't. And it really doesn't matter to me... If it does, it will only attract more traders ... rinse & repeat. I expect most on this board get that this will take a bit of time. No point releasing a *worthless* RNS imo. Quite happy to let this slumber for a while. I'm in no rush. After the CC someone on here inferred share price would be above .8 in the am... WTF? Poor Mirabeau probs thought it was fact | thetrophyman
10/9/2018 22:36 | Let's not forget.... in summary, the BoD have said: 1. Milestone 10 already achieved ahead of schedule 2. Feed and Reports complete and outcomes communicated by year end 3. E of I sent out already ahead of schedule 4. EPC sometime Q4 2018 5. Responses to invitations to Tender by sometime Q1 2019 6. Contracts in place by end of Q2 2019 7. Offtake and financial backing workstreams progressing in parallel now and announcements expected before 2018 year end So possibly up to 4 significant RNS' between now and Year End | mdalos1
10/9/2018 22:27 | Just about to check down the back of the sofa yet again ; )) | bibs
10/9/2018 22:22 | .... and now shy of 3% with warrants and resulting increased shares in issue? That would be a turn up for the books. This game is hardly an exact science!! | bibs
10/9/2018 18:34 | Anyway for sure these shares are gone If 31 mil or so , then I bought most of those lol . SP may31 0.452 dropped to 0.388 that week | boxerdogz
10/9/2018 18:32 | Yep I agree 2 tr1s missing | spudtheplumber

10/9/2018 18:27 | Here another to research Bids. Back earlier in year L & G were at 5.1 % @ 626,041,599 total shares in circulation. ( L & G Holding = 31,928,121 shares April 10th Total shares in issue = 894 973 653 There should have been a TR1 then to inform market dilution holding of L & G 5.1 % to 3.57 % June 1st Shares in Issue =I think 1,014,124,932 This would have made L & G holding = 3.14 % | boxerdogz
10/9/2018 18:06 | Cheers SM 100. | bibs
10/9/2018 18:05 | Cheers BD!Evening of research me thinks ; ) | bibs
10/9/2018 17:51 | Bibs as per clossed period regards to this ? Don't know. You will note however that on the TR1 form L & G indicate issuer ( INFA ) was informed on June 1st. Possible error by INFA else NOMAD is indicated by this.....However , e-mails do sometimes get lost etc and was alos close to board reshuffle so you never know looks like someone e-mailed INFA on LSE board . prehaps they will get an answer | boxerdogz
10/9/2018 17:43 | AIM rules dictate if a threshold is crossed then as soon as company informed the market should be infomred. Should occur same or next working day dependant on time. I think I,m right in saying if a threashold is crossed then person / II has 20 days inform company. I guess your talking about PCGE Bibs ? I remember that one also about 2 months late ? for significant holder ? | boxerdogz
10/9/2018 17:37 | Someone on LSE has already emailed INFA with that question 2P. Hopefully will be reply soon. | snowman100
10/9/2018 17:26 | Yes I agree bibs ....good posts. | hazl
10/9/2018 17:18 | Good question and do not personally know the answer. Another company in which I have an interest held a price sensitive RNS back for three months.....Normal practice?? | bibs
10/9/2018 17:05 | I'll ask a question too. Anyone have sufficient knowledge to know if today's RNS could constitute the closed period referred to in the CC? If so, how soon following the RNS release is the related closed period lapsed? Immediately? | bibs
10/9/2018 16:59 | The question I would like answering is: why has it taken INFA all this time to notify the market of a reduced holding by an institution? | 2prsimo
10/9/2018 15:17 | I interpreted (maybe incorrectly) the equivalent of a 'speeding ticket' RNS when COO inferred that he had hoped to buy a tranche at a lower price than he actually paid. He still purchased at the open market share price though. Speaks volumes to me.The only rationale I can find to explain the fall is the quoted warrant price and that lifetime of a month's wait for news lol.Think personally we may see some positive swing return before October though.Nothing has changed here and remains a tiny Mkt Cap, no brainer and generous gift horse : )) | bibs
10/9/2018 15:06 | News isn’t due for another mth so not sure why some got panicky. I wasn’t expecting anything different from the presentation, but it reinforced what I knew so I am happy to build here. Never seems to hit my tgt though. Frustrating | big7ime
10/9/2018 14:56 | Timelines.....Wonder | bibs
10/9/2018 14:56 | Mirabeau sold all stocks across board . Broker will be happy with that | boxerdogz
10/9/2018 14:50 | More money than sense for some... they're not getting mine! | thetrophyman
10/9/2018 14:41 | Best not look again then M, will wreck your head even more when it rises and you won’t buy back in at a higher price and before you know it, it’s gone to several pence . 90% of Pvte Investors lose, incredible statistic but when I read posts from likes of M and H, I can see why. | big7ime
10/9/2018 14:20 | Yes over 3 mths ago. | boxerdogz
10/9/2018 14:19 | Holding was reduced on 30 May. | bibs |
