SP seems to be holding well in 60-65 range. Clearly heavy resistance at 65. Multi-Million dollar question is whether this will finally pop and break key resistance. Is it pure wishful thinking this will happen absent solid news / credible rumours on the court case? Or has the rally run it’s course and we’re (again) heading back towards the 50-40-30 ranges?

If we accept that the current INDV share price is valued realistcally until of course the court case is solved then the INVVY ADR in opinion seems a little overvalued

You can't possible take the OTC quote in the US market seriously.It is a very "junior" listing using matched trades which are formulated by the brokers.That is why the vagaries of the US quote have no impact upon the U.K. listing stock price.If you want to take the vagaries of the US stock price as supporting your stock view,all good and well,but it's fruitless exercise.

Indivior Considers Appeal Options For Suboxone Patent Ruling

(Alliance News) - Indivior PLC on Wednesday said it is considering its appeal options against a final ruling by the US patent board in a case relating to generic production of the company's blockbuster opoid addiction treatment drug Suboxone by Indian pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy's Laboratories.

The Patent Trial & Appeal Board of the US Patent & Trademark Office has ruled that some parts of Indivior's patent for Suboxone are "unpatentable"

"Today, the Patent Trial & Appeal Board held that Dr. Reddy's Laboratories demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence that claims 1-5, 7, and 9-14 of the '454 patent are unpatentable, but have not demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence that claim 8 of the '454 patent is unpatentable. Claim 6 was not challenged and therefore is not addressed by the PTAB's opinion," Indivior said.

Dr. Reddy's in November 2018 filed two petitions against Indivior's Suboxone patent so it could launch a cheaper generic version of the drug.

The US patent office denied institution of one of the inter partes to review petition, but granted Dr. Reddy's for the second IPR petition

Shares in Indivior were trading 1.5% lower on Wednesday in London at 63.05 pence each.

I don’t think the ruling is unexpected and is a bit of a sideshow to the anticipated D of J ruling later in the Summer.The ruling here upholds Dr Reddys generic challenging Suboxone patent but Indivior intends to appeal.More hay-nets for lawyers then.

they need to write the RNSs in a way that people can understand.In the FoJ disaster last year they didn't mention the 3 billion figure in the RNS and get slaughtered buying too early that fateful day last April or May

SO JANUARY 2020 ENDS with 37.93p which leaves us still in the 30 to 40p BOX

February ends in the 40 to 50p BOX just at 43.25p

March leaves us stilll in the 40 to 50p BOX with 45.55p

April leaves us at 49.32p anf still in the 40 to 50p BOX

MAY ends at 61.75p and now in the 60 to 70p BOX
