Well,the company seem pleased enough with their performance.Meeting should be enlightening.I note that the company's net cash position tallies conveniently with the sum demanded by the D of J.Probably just a coincidence.

Had held this stock 5 month from the 40p days of February and decided to take profit 15th july. 2 weeks longer and would have been over the moon but oh well. Considering buying back in tomorrow morning. In my opinion I believe the broker news, additional share listing before the results release are positive signs.

Yup always pays to watch what the insiders are doing.
Mood music on Thursday will be key I suspect. Management must be cautious with comments as the Court has not approved this deal yet. Suboxone sales will be ok but sublocade cannot be too exciting currently given that Doctors do not want to see these patient even every 30 days! Even so I am very encouraged by the last two days and suddenly find myself, after two depressing years,on side with this one -- now there's a change!

Graham hethrington,non exec,bought stock late Feb and early March at around 37.5p and then 44.5p.Suggests that following the management lead,both on the buy and the sell side,is invariably a sensible thing to do.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of US$ 0.10 each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will be issued to satisfy the vesting of share awards under the Indivior U.S. Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List on 29 July 2020.

I was surprised that you could easily buy stock around the 115-120p level on Friday afternoon.The RNS coming out of the blue at around half three gave an opportunity to top up before a proper appreciation could be made.
