17/3/2020 08:15 | Ha! Sold 4 weeks ago after being in and out since 50p. I did think it odd how robust the share price was in the recent weeks..... | iain123
17/3/2020 07:55 | Great result for shareholders this. Whilst the company has had it's ups and downs through the years, this offer illustrates the importance of strong financials and underlying value. Shame that (imo) it never quite reached its full potential, but if you buy at the right price you'll still be well rewarded. Excellent. | michaelmouse
17/3/2020 07:51 | I can live without the tupence LOL | balcony
17/3/2020 07:24 | Hey, but the bad news, you ain't gonna get that 2p divi ;0) -- In light of the Acquisition, the IndigoVision Directors have resolved that, conditional upon and with effect from the Effective Date, the proposal for a final dividend of 2 pence per IndigoVision Share, announced in IndigoVision's preliminary financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019 released on 5 March 2020, is cancelled and, assuming the Scheme becomes effective, will not be paid. 17/3/2020 07:21 | Nooo I sold my small holding on recent results. Great news for those holding | tole
17/3/2020 07:12 | That's come at a good time for holders. I had some of these a year ago picked up at the lows and sold for a much smaller return than you are all about to get! :0) Congratulations one and all. G. | garth
17/3/2020 07:09 | Offer for the company fantastic news in these grim days and a very good price! | puffet
05/3/2020 07:51 | smashing results delivered from debt free indigo vision. 1st class management team as well as BOD. Further growth to be expected - if PER reflect growth and cash generation better, these shares should already be 4-500p. But it takes time for the market to fully appreciate a turn around of this nature. Well done to the Indigo Team !!! | baner
13/1/2020 07:17 | Missed on revenue but match profit expectations. 🤔🤔 | rajauk
19/12/2019 08:37 | Share price slowly dropping..... no real news on an acquisition that looks questionable... no share buy backs even at these lower prices.... do a minority few know something the majority dont? | jason_j
14/11/2019 15:52 | The company is now regularly buying back shares so the management ( with all their "inside" information ) believe the market is fundamentally undervaluing the business. Any comments ? I guess when we see the buybacks stopping we should conclude that the share price is fair value ?? | betman
11/11/2019 10:13 | I wonder if Paul Scott will be tempted back in - and if so, whether others will follow. - I believe he returns to the UK today but IND was not included on his prospective reviews on Stockopedia Small Capital Value report. | cliffpeat
11/11/2019 09:48 | Today's announcement includes details of the acquisition of Agorasys SA but also sets out a strategy statement that makes sense and sounds viable. I recommend shareholders to read it. In my view the company was for many years top heavy with accountants and very weak in marketing. The strength of IND seemed to be on the technical innovation front - and the Agorasys deal appears to me to be buying a commercially proven integration, software, platform that aims to give IND a USP in the fractured market place and unlock new opportunities. Quote: Agora's software provides business processes, procedures and auditing tools to allow users to audit and analyse the entire operation from any location with an internet connection. The Company's software also allows users to increase productivity in their organisations by implementing standard operating procedures that enable operators to efficiently control all equipment, on-site guards and vehicles." End quote. Whether it is "expensive" will only be determined when we know the full details of the transaction and the results that flow from it. I suspect that the development cost of Agora has been substantial and that the resulting products can now be exploited faster as part of IND than as a stand alone business. I'm thinking of adding but need to do some sums and reading before committing. We shall see. Just opinion DYOR | cliffpeat
11/11/2019 09:00 | Latest deal seems expensive... | kiwihope
17/10/2019 05:22 | I suppose that rather depends upon from whom they have been purchasing. | glavey
16/10/2019 15:36 | Wonder if the company will buy more shares as they are now over 10 per cent cheaper than the price paid in the recent buyback. | balcony |
