15/5/2019 13:18 | AGM tomorrow. I'll be going. Lone Survivor again perhaps. | srsm
02/5/2019 10:47 | Keeps finding £15k to buy another 10,000 shares,3 ,times in a week | balcony
01/5/2019 12:25 | Yet another director buy,Maybe the AGM in a couple of weeks might shed some light on if the company is now making a profit. | balcony
25/4/2019 13:15 | Good to see another director buy. | balcony
29/3/2019 13:02 | next stop north of £2. very exciting long term potential. | baner
13/3/2019 08:08 | Some have been watching since the good old days and CEO before last bought sh1tloads at £3 | iain123
12/3/2019 20:36 | Updated my post. Should say chairman. I think its a very bullish sign. Why else own 1.70 pct. | lothar7
12/3/2019 15:38 | But the buyer is not the CEO. He is a non-exec who became Chairman 5 days ago so perhaps he feels the need to buy shares to go with his new status! | sharw
12/3/2019 14:23 | I guess this will be the new "floor" for the stock. No chairman buys this many shares without having a great deal of confidence in the company and the future outlook. Sounds like he is convinced they will turn a profit for 2019 and that the share price will soon reflect that. | lothar7
12/3/2019 12:02 | A chunky Dir buy today.... 30k shrs.... a really positive sign if one was even still needed. Now holding 127k shrs. f | fillipe
11/3/2019 12:22 | Hi balcony - good to see you here. I've been here since 5/2018 and am a firm holder. BYOT - btw...recent important dir appt there. Best wishes, f | fillipe
11/3/2019 12:03 | fillipe -Hope you can bring your magic here. | balcony
11/3/2019 11:46 | I notice the lowest ask on show is now up at 138p, although with so little showing at that share price we'll soon be into the 140p's best askings. f | fillipe
11/3/2019 08:24 | indigo shares heading north no doubt. potential huge. could well see them at 200p+ in 2019. if bid for, price will be significantly higher than that. sound risk/reward. | baner
08/3/2019 12:25 | A further modest uptick this morning, following various trades. 132p showing as the lowest ask, although only 750 shrs from each of two mm's is all that shows at that share price .... a meagerly small total. Highest ask on show is 140p, although it's very obvious that even a small number of trades will have a big effect here. gla, f | fillipe
08/3/2019 12:02 | Iain, "they were involved in another Shanghai airport 4/5 years back" That's even better news. They've been tested out over a long period of time. And the Chinese want more. Fantastic. Thanks. "the goal to have 260 civil airports completed by 2020". Plenty more where that came from. | srsm
08/3/2019 08:21 | While its great that INDy is improving there is nothing really new other that final improvements in USA sales.....FINALLY!! Chinese airport wins are not that unusual as they were involved in another Shanghai airport 4/5 years back. (1 of 7 back in 2015) hxxps://www.indigovi Takeover would be nice but IND have been cheap to buy for a loooooong time now. I wonder if USA sales have improved due to the anti Chinese kit security hacking concerns? | iain123
07/3/2019 15:08 | Buying interest showing up here today. f | fillipe
07/3/2019 14:31 | Perhaps the chinese will buy the company. After they won Shanghai Pudong Airport that will surely raise interest. | lothar7
07/3/2019 11:16 | Comparing H2 to H1, I calculate sales increased by 7%, operating profit (excl. FX changes) went from a $1M loss to $0.6M profit and net current assets from $11.9M to $15.4M. The market cap is currently $13M so there is value here. The problem is (as it has always been) where is this company going...? | kiwihope
07/3/2019 10:42 | Liked this bit. "APAC revenues grew by 45%, represented by growth of 35% in Australia, 267% in China where the Group’s software was selected for Shanghai Pudong Airport, to manage a network of 9,100 cameras, and 26% in South East Asia." From wikipedia. "the airport is the world's third-busiest airport by cargo traffic. ...the second-busiest airport in China, fifth-busiest in Asia, and the ninth-busiest in the world. It is also the busiest international gateway of mainland China." If they win one epic Chinese transport hub more are sure to follow. | srsm
07/3/2019 09:30 | arthur a buyer will have their own sales organisation and admin resources and accordingly capture very substantial synergies from IND´s technology and turnover. we probably talk double digits in terms of such synergies. they are not going to buy IND and let this be run "as is" - that is precisely why the opportunity is there today!a value of 2-3 times turnover is not unusual in this sector. | baner
07/3/2019 09:22 | Looks like a much better financial performance in H2 vs. H1... | kiwihope
07/3/2019 09:14 | I could only see someone buying this out if they thought they could make a profit on all that turnover which IND don't seem capable of. | arthur_lame_stocks |
