thanks for the link. What do you see as the next event which will cause IMD to rise. Also, do you have a target when you will sell, or do you look upon this investment as your pension?

Been in them for 2 1/2 years since they reversed into cemex its brilliant what they do. I honestly think when they get this TV work done the money should poor in for them. I also feel there is a lot of expansion there as well (Europe). Anyway I AM A HUGE FAN OF THIS ONE. Hotnotch try this link below, you may already have seen it.

I have only been in this one for a few weeks, since it was tipped on Addicted2shares by "Games". He got me into PCI, RPT, MRS, so he has a good track record. IMD are now safely tucked away in my bottom drawer, till they come good. I need the money to buy a plot in Gambia; I may call it IMD Villa :-)

High topnotch. How long have you been in IMD? I think when TV advertising revenue kicks in we should see some large movements north with this one, just a matter of time look forward to see half year results, they may take a bit of a hit with the building of the TV network but should come good next once the build out is done. One big comfort is having loads of cash.

Yep, I think you're right vnp - the recorded trades on ADVFN seem to be wrong.

Even worse, we have a turncoat in our ranks: User Sentiment was 4 buys - now it's 3 buys and 1 sell.

I demand a witch hunt.

I asked fingers (from the charting thread) for a view on IMD's chart, and the response is copied below:

LAROUSSE,

IMD - 76.00p .. last year the price rose strongly from around 25-85p, and has held those excellent gains well. The last 6 mths has seen the price settled into a tight consolidation range centred around 75p, and its boundaries are well defined at 70p & 80p.

At the moment I cannot say when the price will move out of this range, or in which direction, but I would expect some strong moves when it occurs, and I would expect to see a movement of at least 25p.

So I reckon a closing price above 80p could signal a move to 100p, and a closing price below 70p could signal a move to 50p.

I think the breakout to the upside is most likely, so if you are closely following this one, I would be grateful if you could highlight it on here again should the price close above 80p .. it looks very promising.

I think half years results are out beginning of September and should make interesting reading. I would like to know how much they charge to send a single TV add, there is a rate card for radio adds but no rate card for TV and video stuff, big money methinks, time will tell.

Independent Media Distribution (IMD pie), has opened Its first office outside the UK. Situated in Central Dublin and operated in partnership with Adsat, the inter-lrish radio delivery service, it allows Irish broadcasters, agencies and production houses to distribute TV commercials, music and other short form video material, within Ireland and between Dublin and London. "The Dublin office brings the business benefits that the UK media industry enjoys to Ireland and allows Irish agencies to deliver commercials to Irish and UK broadcasters in a fraction of the time it currently takes - and at a significantly reduced cost.' They are the Ideal partner for us as we enter the Irish market.' The new office, at 62 Lower Mount Street, Dublin, will be run by Colette Meehan, who, after working as Operations Manager at IMD's Head office in London for four years has relocated to Dublin to take up her new post.

IMD launched its digital commercial distribution system for TV in the UK in January 2004 and already works with LNN, GMTV, Viacom, EMAP, Channel Four, IDS/Flextech, Chart Show TV the BBC Playout Centre and Kingston in media, and discussions are well under way with ITV, Five, Turner, SKY, RTE, TV3 and TG4 with a view to IMD providing a comprehensive digital delivery service.

Possfund Nominees Ltd now hold 1,511,429 4.509% (was 1,349,565 4.026%)

All in all, excellent news & shows the confidence that they have in the company long term. The only thing that puzzles me slightly, is the fact that the BT & post office pensions have managed to increase their holdings by almost 600,000 shares without sending the price through the roof.

Where did those shares come from? Are we due another RNS from a matched seller?

Can see the advertising revenues for t v being substantially more than the radio market. September half way figures should clarify this and then we will really nowhere we are going. 2 years time who knows?
