I want to make £196,000 profit in two weeks but sadly I don't have that type of capacity to do so. I could sell my body to medical research but that will still leave me short of £195,995.

sailor - my point is that it seems they have already voted yes as they are trading their CFD's as assented shares.

Most of the Imperial shares of Deutsche are hold for their investments fonds.

If they would not vote with "yes" these investment fonds would get strong legal troubles. It would be a clear breach of trust against investors, who gave Deutsche Bank investment fonds their money.

Don't think it's been mentioned before, but it appears that as Deutsche bank are advisor to Jarpeno, all their shares are already assented. If you look at the UKREG holding announcements, Deutsche bank are making them under IECA (the assented shares)

The deadline for acceptance at TD Waterhouse is a minute to midnight tonight. I've just accepted on the last of my shares. I presume after midnight it becomes binding, since on accepting it does indicate that if you want to change your mind you can do so before the deadline expires.

I thought about buying a few hundred more shares, I'm being offered them on a T20 for a 5p premium. However, though highly likely that the deal will go through, a failure and a several grand loss (on the assumption that they'd drop to £5 if the deal fails) would be too much to take at Christmas.
