A reminder of Lupuzor's excellent Phase 2b results:

Phase 2b at 3 months = + 67.6%
Phase 2b at 6 months = + 84.2%

Phase 3 at 9 - 12 months = + ??
Follow-up study = + ??

For me its not now about whether lupuzor works but just how big the improvement will be at 9 and 12 months, and in the follow-up.

Does that give me confidence in the Phase 3? Yes it does!

"The phase IIb trial showed that after three months of therapy (three subcutaneous injections of 200 ug peptide/patient in addition to standard of care), Lupuzor improved Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index score of lupus patients under active treatment by 67.6% versus 41.5% in the placebo group (p<0.025). After three additional months of follow-up, the improvement rate was 84.2% versus 45.8% (p<0.025). The side effect profile was unproblematic and the drug was well tolerated as evidenced by a very low drop-out rate."

For what it is worth, buys either side of the 14:39 today 250k trade at 165.9p were at 165p.

Or could also assume that it would be more beneficial to sell tomorrow, or at the peak the other day.

Equally it can be said, someone asked for an order to be filled at open when it was trading 158p and that's why the price went to 168p within an hour. Worked order was fulfilled at 14:30.

L0ng. Equally if you say a 250k sell would plummet the share, surely a 250k buy would rocket the share a lot more?

You mean 1.5p drop in mid price? what if they dropped it to fill the order? who knows.

would that not be normal market making? Sp moving up and down, MMS joggling the price to entice sells and buys?

At the END this is SETS stock, not SEAQ.

If we had a 250k sell the price would of plummeted, it fell like a brick yesterday and previously on a lot less. Possible someone accumulating.. BA also has a point on as we closed up.

Oddly, it looks as though the price went up after the time that quarter of a mil trade vol went through so perhaps it is a buy despite how it's showing on LSE and HL.

That's a good thing, I am long only in the demo account sub 100p, even if it goes to 40p, I don't lose anything in reality :)

It begs the question, 700K sells and it closed up? I am sorry I do not buy that narrative, but who knows.

I suspect these are actually filled market buys that's why it closed at 169.5 UT, the highest price of the day.

Hence my post as timings against the price at the time would be buys, similarly no massive drop, supported by the fact this is SETs trades so a sell needs a matching buy.
