10/1/2018 10:10 | Don't see how the risk reduces as the price falls.. bought a few more... If a success then it goes up a lot. If not a total success there are still options to move forward imo. | glennrcharles
10/1/2018 10:00 | Added 2000 at below 150p. Attractive price so close to results. | che7win
10/1/2018 09:59 | Fair play Rathean, ATB, GD | greatfull dead
10/1/2018 09:56 | Imo IMM is over bought but the recent highs will be eclipsed if the trial news is positive. Still on my watchlist but further to fall before this reduces in risk. | rathean
10/1/2018 09:55 | Just added. GLA, GD | greatfull dead
10/1/2018 09:53 | BTFD497 - there is a school of thought that says if you want out sized gains do put your eggs in one basket but just watch that basket carefully. Your strategy makes sense to me. If IMM does not deliver on phase 3 there are also two other drugs being worked on at an earlier stage which may come to fruition so you might have to wait to recover your investment rather than make a loss. 10/1/2018 09:37 | GD - We will know soon enough. Not quite as soon as some are predictiong but soon enough. Wind - a better than evens chance to triple + in less than a year. As I also have said this is a small punt for me rather than a serious investment. GLA | njb67
10/1/2018 09:36 | Looking at the trades this morning it appears that bots have now started playing with the price here and are now in action smashing the bid at every opportunity driving the price down. This can be seen under the times of the trades with multiple sells occurring at the same time or in very close succession - but are different to stop losses being triggered. This is something I've seen on several stocks in the past but not on IMM. This price action control is often a prelude to a major upward movement. They're often used to control the price or keep a ceiling on the price prior to a takeover or negotiations on a major situation. One stock of note I had a position in was brammer - the bots played with the price up and down in the weeks just before the buyout occurred. This is a very positive signal to me as I haven't seen these tactics used before here. Keep an eye on the trades and you'll be able to see when they're at work and mind your stops. aimo | rossy73
10/1/2018 09:32 | The Phase 3 trial ends next Wednesday by my calculation so IMM may have some results by Thursday, and know if they have a £10+ billion company in the making. | hottingup
10/1/2018 09:27 | njb, I am not sure if an announcement on the phase III trial results at this moment would be in IMM interests. IMM need full transparency when the results are fully analysed. IMM IMHO have not yet reached that all important phase. ATB, DS | greatfull dead
10/1/2018 09:27 | very poor risk reward if you are only here for 500p which was your opening gambit. WJ. | w1ndjammer
10/1/2018 09:23 | Wind @170. I care not one jot for the daily movements in the share price. I invested based on an assessment of the business case. This is a high risk high reward play. We will know which once the ph3 results are announced. | njb67
10/1/2018 09:18 | GD - ? Bermuda - I can only go on what I am being told, the trials side of the business is not my area of expertise. Given the results are eagerly expected, then possibly worth asking their IR team for an update on timings. | njb67
10/1/2018 09:18 | Come on all you pumpers, those that manage to buy every dip at the absolute low point(lol), predictors that everyone is going to become millionaires - now's your opportunity to step up | davr0s
10/1/2018 09:14 | how ironic njb buys 12k stock at 185p spends days derampring, and now he is underwater. WJ. | w1ndjammer
10/1/2018 09:13 | I know there’s the age old saying don’t put all your eggs in one basket... But I’m 21 and have a sizeable inheritance and I’m putting the majority of my eggs in one basket... Because if good news is released I have the potential to set my life up very very nicely. However if there is bad news then I’ll lose about 75%. I’m happy doing this as the potential upside is far greater than the potential downside. I also have the rest of my life to make money if it doesn’t work out. I know a lot of you will think I’m stupid for doing this. I believe it is a calculated risk and opportunities like this don’t come around too often. This is a one off and if we do strike gold I won’t be doing it ever again. I’ll go back to having a diversified portfolio that Benjamin Graham would be proud of. In life you have to take the odd risk. Hoping this one pays off... If not then so be it. | btfd497
10/1/2018 08:59 | njb, That is really so obvious, even a teenager waiting for their GCSE results would be in a phase of their lives where "IF and But" play on their minds big time. I know it did for me eons ago. It too has happened throughout my career. Thankfully I am now happily retired. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
10/1/2018 08:50 | njb67 - I think we must be talking about different things. I'm talking about the full CSR - required for submission to the regulators. In other bios I have been invested in, headline results and even more detailed results via peer-reviewed journal have definitely been published before the full CSR was completed. I understood that the critical stage was verification of all data, data lock and sign off from the study investigators. Still, no matter, the important thing is that we know the timescales because IMM have confirmed that they will be released by end of Q1. Thanks for checking though. | bermudashorts
10/1/2018 08:37 | Long. BErmuda. Have been told that a QC-d clinical trial report would be needed before any company announcement. Best wishes | njb67
10/1/2018 08:22 | Or a bit of top slicing if slightly over loaded? It will pass. | hamhamham1
10/1/2018 08:16 | Possibly some distressed PI investors are selling to meet the 31 Jan 2018 tax return deadline for the self-employed. They are not sure where the share price will be on the 27 January 2018. Neither am I! Holding tight............... GLA, GD | greatfull dead
10/1/2018 08:00 | Couple of points why the constant posting about when the trial results we have a clear time frame Q1 if it's early Q1 or end does it really matter.Calling the share movement is pure speculation short term would anyone be surprised if we finish the week at £2 or £1 not really if you believe in the platform it doesn't mattter short term we all know we will be many multiples if we get the right result . | best1467
10/1/2018 07:48 | The RSI 14 dropped to 50 yesterday so starting to be oversold. | stealth wealth |
