Any ideas why there were no financial details with the recent contract win?

You will be working in a fast paced, agile development environment. An eagerness to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges are essential. momentum is with IMTK, though the main point here is that they appear to be winning some good long-term deals. £2.8m is too cheap based on 'potential' revenues - past performance has obviously warranted the historic drop

1.This shows another big customer with deep pockets.

2."GameChanger" expresses the expectation shell wants from Imaginatik

3. also the status of the problem solver / teacher - Imaginatik

4.The desire for shell to generate new sustainable ideas in its industry, which is mostly profit lead.

5.For Imaginatik this could be the "foot in the door" for other profitable challenges to solve.The opportunity to showcase its, collective , creative managerial style and delivery of results.

From RNS on Sept 23rd which announced contract with Shell.

'The Company is also in discussions in relation to a number of other significant contracts, though there can be no certainty as to the quantum and timing of these contracts'

Obviously the significant 3yr contract announced on Oct 24th was the FIRST of those other significant contracts alluded to in Sept.

So ... obviously this company caught the eye a little today - I've never looked at it before - would anybody be able to share any interesting information about it? In particular how are the financials looking? If profitable and with a minimum three-year horizon with this new client on board then company should be worth more than £2.3 million!
