Yes, I rate the company, otherwise I wouldn't be a holder but saying that sells are buys when clearly they are not, doesn't help anyone.

The Company is also in discussions in relation to a number of other significant contracts, though there can be no certainty as to the quantum and timing of these contracts. The Company will update the market as appropriate as and when any further developments occur.

Hope you've all got your Royal Mail shares. (Last day tomorrow) Looks like it's been massively undervalued. Tories giving money to the banks and hedge funds again instead of the taxpayer.

Aren't all placings dilutive but however a fact of life for small companies which come to market and need to grow. The signs are here that now may be the time where they can stand on their own having signed big players such as Shell up and also strong indication that further deals are in the pipeline.

During the year the Company successfully concluded its litigation against the former CEO, Mark Turrell. As we announced on 2 October 2012, following a High Court hearing, the Company and Matt Cooper were granted an order over all of Mr. Turrell's 64.4 million shares in Imaginatik plc. Those shares have been split in an equitable manner between the Company and Matt Cooper and as a result the Company now has an order over 54.1 million shares, which will be sold in an orderly manner in due course. The proceeds of any such share sale will be retained for the benefit of the Company.

Company up 40% today and scuff little discussion. Not widely followed stock I guess.I bought a million shares in this today. That's right ! one MILLION shares. Not often one can buy a million of anything. Now I can sit back and fantasise about these hitting one Pound one day. I am a patient man. I can wait for 15 years, if that's how long it takes for this one share to make a millionaire :-)GLA
