Following the form I mentioned yesterday.

Those in the know got in early and are waiting for the news.

Those on the outside keep selling because they think the shares will be de-listed.

THEY WILL NOT BE DE-LISTED how do I know because the share price goes up and the previous volumes

Action and the price in IMTK is following the standard pattern of a share where somthing is about to happen.

Those in the know get in early and the price zooms up with lots of volume.

Then nothing no action and no further upward movement in the share price.....that is until the all expected announcement.

In this case the company will NOT de-list and the price will zoom back to its pre February announcement..

Diamond you often find with such enlivened stocks that everyone piles in first thing in the morning, interest then subsides and a few investors who are not familiar with the story sell on the back of the rise. Only to be disappointed when they discover that they sold too early as the price rises once again!

Investors have seen a very strong rise on the back of nothing hence the inevitable retrace.

The price rose on the back of nothing, but that is not really correct is it as the buyers knew something.

The rise must mean that de-listing has been abandoned otherwise the price would be about 0p.

Otherwise why buy a share that is de-listing

.I am still going for pre announcement levels but looking at the main chart above, I wonder if this destined for last years levels of 0.5.

A tall order but it has already more than doubled from its low so why not to 0.50...
