06/11/2006 14:09 | Nice find Cambo ! Sorry post 715 should read a current PEG of about .065 !!!!! | liarspoker
06/11/2006 13:13 | This looks familiar | cambium
06/11/2006 12:45 | Well 2.4p will be upgraded imo. Still digging for info on Impact's impact ( pun intended ) on future earnings. We should certainly see 2.6p imo perhaps more. But let's just take it step by step. If we were to do say 2.8p then we are looking at an increase in share price of around 105%.....sweet ! Finances restructured & a PEG of .12 !!! | liarspoker
06/11/2006 11:53 | Chart looking good, next leg up forming imo. Fwd PE still just 7, growth 100%, looks like they are ahead of that too and strong director buying. Year end in Dec, good chance of a trading statement imo - had one with the AGM and they have a duty at some point if they are ahead. CR | cockneyrebel
06/11/2006 09:35 | Agreed with post 712 Cambo. Also think that the ISD webpage would look better on one page without the need to scroll up and down. Anyhow still think it looks good and offers good value etc. Thanks for the finds ( thumbs up smiley ). | liarspoker

06/11/2006 09:11 | Is it Audio or Auto.....media? | cambium
06/11/2006 09:07 | Impact AutoMedia I'm Managing Director of Impact AudioMedia Ltd, which operates Waterfront Studios, providing sound facilities for all the major Commercial Radio Broadcasters and Advertising Agencies throughout the UK. Also, Brand Radio, which provides retailers such as HBOS, RBS and Toyota GB with their own in-store radio service. I was the founder of Waterfront Studios back in 1993 and before that was Head of Creative Services at Radio Clyde Plc. I first met Ian in November 2005 and enlisted his help in preparing a business plan for a forthcoming MBO, using the Journey Making planning process. I was very impressed with the way in which Ian used this process to capture and structure information, which helped me to organise my thoughts in such a way that I was able to see the issues more clearly and was, therefore, able to make better, more informed decisions about my business. During this process, Ian was able to help me to gain a clear understanding of where I want the business to be over the next few years and to highlight the capability that we have that will help to get there. He also helped me to identify the major issues facing the business and was also able to explain what impact they would have as we grow the business. This helped me to focus on the important issues and to create action plans to resolve them. This process enabled us to look at better ways of growing the business and highlighted the issues that will have to be overcome. With Ian's help, we have created a very robust business plan which will be a great reference point as the business moves forward. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian Brown and the Journey Making System of planning, to anyone involved in business management. Steven A. 06/11/2006 09:00 | Cambo ???? 20 September 2006 Imagesound plc Acquisition of Impact Automedia Limited Imagesound plc (AIM: ISD.L), the UK's leading listed supplier of in-store music, radio and TV services to the branded retail and leisure sectors, today announces that it has acquired Impact Automedia Limited ("Impact") from Clydebroadcast Products Ltd. Impact provides audio production and instore retail audio and visual services to the broadcast, new media and retail industry, from a purpose built studio complex in Clydebank. In addition to the production of radio commercials and radio programmes, Impact provides Brand Radio (and Media) to some high profile retail outlets. Current retail audio clients and ongoing trials include, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Toyota GB, Halifax/Bank of Scotland and Reid Furniture. Impact also provides production services to Imagesound. Imagesound will continue to operate from Impact's current studio and has entered into a four and a half year lease for the premises with the seller. Impact's three staff will be joining Imagesound. Whilst the immediate financial impact of this acquisition is minimal for Imagesound, the Directors anticipate that the transaction will be earnings enhancing in the year to 31 December 2007. Commenting on the acquisition, Derek Mapp, Executive Chairman of Imagesound said: "Impact is a business we know well, as they already provide Imagesound with production services for several of our clients. It has an excellent reputation within the media community, particularly commercial radio broadcasters, and provides us with additional production capabilities to support our instore music and radio offer for customers. We are delighted to welcome the Impact staff and customers on board, and look forward to working with them in the future." -Ends- | liarspoker

03/11/2006 16:05 | Forecast was 2.4p before extras so even if they do say 2.6 on a low multiple this should still make over 30p per share. Being cautious and just sticking to 2.4p would give just under 29p which is 40%+ from here in just a few months. Cash position sorted, director buys etc and yet the majority haven't copped on. I hope it stays that way till 2007 results. :O) | liarspoker
