Fwd PE 6.6 or less here now Liarspoker - that looks horny to me.

Director Fairbairn bought 150K recently @ 14.25p - I doubt he bought those with a view to scalping less than 1p after costs :-)

Yes it was pointed out in Shares Rag - but they then listed their choices for recovery and seemed to miss out the low PE, low PEG shares like ISD

Yes Ian, AIM chart looks like it has bottomed and picking up.

Little surprise with stuff like this in there on a PE of 7 and growth running @ 100%+ p.a. odd.

Anyone notice that the AIM All share has notched up above 1000 today? I think last weeks edition of Shares Rag had an article about how there is a strong likelyhood the index may rocket 20-30% over the next 3 to 6 months, back to it's previous highs. Makes sense given the Footsie and Dow rallies recently. And if their prediction comes true, then PIs will be hunting around for low pe stocks to start with. ISD, YSP, WGB, SMC, SOLA, RCG, MKM....could be a very, very profitable 6 months coming up....

Seems there was no trades today either, thats very positive.

Well he's bought and he never flogged them as a flip like most of these guys that take their options - very positive imo - he expects to get more than the current price for them - but that's obvious! :-)

Director shareholding


Imagesound plc (AIM: ISD.L) today announces that further to the announcement on
15 May 2006, Mapp Developments Limited ("MDL") has exercised its option to
acquire 1.5 million of the 3 million Ordinary Shares in the Company that were
issued to the vendors of Ideal Music as deferred consideration, at the exercise
price of 10p per share.

MDL is a company wholly owned by Derek Mapp who is also a Director and Executive
Chairman of Imagesound plc. As a consequence of the purchase of these shares,
Mr. Mapp now has a beneficial interest in the Company of 9,505,114 shares, which
represents 15.01% of the Company issued share capital.
