Hi guys, just wanted to get an idea of how Brexit might affect IGR - any views?

We all know how quick this share can move with even the smallest of trades so nothing to worry about, as ps points out above-just a bit of profit taking is always to be expected.

Just over 2 weeks till we get our next set of solid results so we'll soon bounce back IMO.

In my experience IGR does not leak information so I doubt there is a problem with the full year numbers.
It must be people taking profits.

IGR had a big drop today. It had been trending upward nicely. Any ideas on what caused this?

A nice little tonic today coming ahead of the pending full year results.
We could do with a few write ups and tips off a couple of journos now to get us moving up...

Agree that it is good news for IGR, with debt falling each year giving HSBC confidence in IGR financial controls. In the statement the FD said "on improved commercial terms" as already mentioned even a small reduction with interest costs will make a significant difference to the bottom line.

Very basic calculation. Say the saving is as little as 1%, that would be considerable if the debt averages at £50M. That's year on year savings added to bottom line or overall debt reduction.

All savings go to the bottom line and my guess is they will be considerable. We will find out at the end of the month.

I wonder if they have an acquisition lined up?

Debt was probably close to its seasonally high at £78m as at 30/9/15 and has been falling since then.

They don't say how much the interest saving is but presumably they wouldn't have renegotiated with 5 years of the current facility remaining unless there was a reasonable saving to be made.
Certainly the market seems to think so.

The share price has indeed been quiescent since the last bullish update. No idea why really but i suspect this situation won't last for ever before we eventually move into new high ground.

It's all fairly quiet on the activity front considering its only 5 weeks to what we know is going to be a good results day...

I emailed the company earlier asking whats their stance on Brexit-i will post a reply if i get one...

Thanks Daz, and i agree-Cenkos forecasts is a little on the cautious side and IGR should quite easily beat these.

Not much to add T2R, I don't think I'm breaking any copyright to say it finishes quoting the current Cenkos forecast of earnings of 12.8p for the current year. I think this is a low forecast, which allows management to beat as the year goes on.

We get another mention in today's Small Company Sharewatch....

I'm not a subscriber but the article starts...

"IGR has released another strong trading update, which said full year results are ahead of expectations. There has been good momentum in the UK and US with management continuing to invest in growth initiatives and more than offsetting foreign exchange headwinds in Europe. In the light of the..."

Can anyone fill in the blanks please (if permitted).

I see another 4 big trades went through at close of play today held back from last Thursday totaling 825,000 so we may have some more news to come...
