Most shares don't fall for no reason supply, I agree some share may fall more than they desserve but unless you have a crystal ball or have more information on prospecrts to properly evaluate a company worth its a gamble.

Sales don't always equate to profits you surely know that it doesn't matter if the company has sales of ten bilion if it doesnt make any money its not worth very much unless you are certain it will be profitable in future.

Lets not talk gambling are there any forecasts ?

Take your time Blackhorse I ain't in no hurry but there is nothing on the header thread for an investor to consider whether the company will be orofitable or not going forward that I can see.

Blackhorse,

Didn't IG warn of a significant fall in profits to breakeven and declared there would be no dividend?

IGR is valued at around 7% of sales, amongst the very lowest in the market. Obviously, if it survives and starts generating 5%+ op margins again, it isn't going to stay at that valuation. Securing the financing - even with some additional caveats - goes a long way toward increasing the likelihood that IGR DOES survive, and that the shares recover. Investment is about valuation - what you pay - not just about a story.

kaffee

cash is NOT net cash. in fact IG i likely to have substantial net debt on average.

CF/share is based on historical performance. current level much, much lower.

NAV is before writing off intangibles. net of those, NAV is still ca 250p.

Something cannot be right here... the Financials on ADVFN show it as a bargain, Cash per share of £1.37 ? And Cash Flow per share of 66p. NAV per share £4 !!

And the banks have come along, reduced the RCF, imposed some stiff targets and want a say in future Dividend payments ?!

Please enlighten me.

Will be interesting to see if a broader range of directors buy after the closed period is over.

When this dividend gets reinstated in a few years this investment in the low 50ps will bring me a handsome income if I hold on - tough to do as it's jn my trading account but think I may just do that

Rearranging covenants means (i) Board were super worried about breaching them and (ii) insolvency risk is high. Just how bad will the results be?

Confirmation of facility extension, and continuing confidence around order book are - without too much controversy - positive developments. ATB
