No apparently you're right.
It's 3% for individuals.
5% for institutions
(or at least that is how it was explained)

They only have to declare once over 5% so they could have owned for a while. Could be averaging down or building a bigger stake.

I'm expecting the pre close trading update to be next week. Hoping for an update on the Americas business and the appointment of Lance Burn as CEO. Expecting to find some skeletons in the stockroom of CSS resulting in stock write downs.
Growth acquisition plans reduced as IGR share price is not strong enough. Organic growth as planned. May close craft supply to independent retailers and concentrate on major customers. Forecast margins reduced on previous years but better than this.
Hoping IGR will draw a line under the past next week and full year results in June with Paul Bal will be more positive.

Surely they will be selling (or cease trading) their loss-making companies to concentrate on the bits that make money? If this is true, then turnover will probably slump to about £400m to £500m. and market cap rise to about £200m?
anyway that is how I see it going (over about 2 years).

Even I don't think turnover is as important as profit and earnings per share - once they can demonstrate this supply chain issue won't impact on profit we will be good to go
