Well, the forward pe is 13. I would expect any offer would value the company between 17-20 times, so between 500-600p for me

Agreed. IG has this closing today at 405p.

Very strong fundamentals, too, if you like that kind of thing :-)

Among other things:
Slater PEG of 0.7
ROCE 28.6
Forecast to have almost £100m cash on the books.
Yield in the 4% to 6% ballpark.
Turnover, profit and eps all trending up nicely.

It is great to see the share price progressing. I would guess that trading continues to grow and probably (after last weeks RNS) with a number of new contracts. I believe the house broker price target (fwiw) is 700p so maybe no new news to come, just the share price slowly re-rating? Should be an increase in the next Divi as well!

Apart from a couple of 150,000 sells there has been v little volume here for some time but the price continues to creep up towards the unsustained high of 2021 when the special div was announced . does someone know something ?
