And that would be fantastic news , I'm not sure enough shares have been traded for that if you look . Only my opinion... I think if a bid was due there would be a lot more trades as news always leaks out ... hope I'm wrong...

JohnDoe23 - Sorry I missed your message. I think the company is undervalued which is a good starting point. It is well established, employing some 22000 people across the world. It is in a ever growing sector and the dividend pay out is attractive.
My only concern is the large ownership of Mr Aggarwal who can decide the fate of the company (sale, delisting, etc). But all being well it could be a multi-bagger. I have a small position here.

It seems to have lost a bit of its momentum.
I wonder why did they even consider to sell the business considering how much it was yielding. I see this as a possible multibagger at the current price

Not expecting any material news on the sale process from the AGM. Suspect if anything will be words to the effect of 'trading still good' etc etc.
With inflation rife and interest rates rising globally is it likely that there will be less M&A activity generally? With the the share price dropping over the last week or so (albeit with low volumes) it could be that an offer at an acceptable price to share holders is less likely to be forthcoming in the short term.
