It's a small cap stock... Is that unusual to have few trades only?

I'm amazed the share price didn't rise a lot in run up to ex div. Agree this looks cheap for a top up...

Maybe cause the increase in turnover and profit has slowed but it was a pandemic 12 months so we must give them time to adjust

Hi Tizio yes it looks cheap. Growth stocks have PE twice as high or above.
What's your thoughts on that? Why investors aren't diving in?

Some buys showing as sells one is mine.
Far too cheap at this price.
The company needs to up the PR they don't even respond to shareholders questions or queries which I find disgraceful.

It's not that the share price halved. Just common volatility.

Not very liquid share. So smaller volumes of trades can have bigger impact on share price.

I can't understand why there is never any news and the price dives. Is very peculiar. I have many other investments which always have news. Do we know why this is with IBPO?

When you say other shareholders, I assume you principally mean private investors. In reality how much say do private investors really ever have in company matters. Irrespective of whether the majority investor is the CEO or a bunch of institutions, they'll mostly do whatever suits them without worrying too much about the opinions of the PI rabble. The sum total of your power is to sell up.

Hi Tizio,
I meant in terms of other share holders to have a saying on the company's matter, such as voting to nominate the CEO,
The major share holder could potentially arbitrary delist the company from the stock exchange etc.
What I'm asking is if in your view it is healthy for a company to have the CEO holding the majority of the company shares. Which it happens to be the case for IBPO.

General question, but it applies particularly to IEnergizer.
What your view on a company where the CEO own the vast majority of the shares?

Considering covid disruption, yes. Revenue, profit, divi and margins all up, new customers gained. Nice final divi 8.4p ex div next Thursday.

I don't think we should fear a trading update if one is forthcoming before the result. Whilst there might be a cautionary note re Covid in India, I believe they will produce another excellent set of figures for the year....
No idea however, why prices marked down today on little volume!
