08/1/2024 16:22 | For what ever reason it feels like they want to distant themselves from shareholders . | nico115
08/1/2024 15:23 | It would be good if they replied to questions or even better created a investor presentation and put it on the website to answer questions so we all get the same info. | davidosh
08/1/2024 14:35 | So we see some of the good patterns continuing - Mr Aggarwal not taking a salary, and reasonable board compensation for the others. The dividend cut is not optimal, but if they're moving the cash into fixed deposits (to conincide with debt maturity?) that's not too bad. The information flow from the company is suboptimal, but otherwise things seem to be OK? | chiguiro
08/1/2024 12:34 | The former Thankfully, so no big deal. Something to keep an eye on in the future though. Wouldn't like to see that number keep growing while dividends aren't being paid. Not sure what the tax implications would be for the A.Aggarwal of dividends compared to a directors loan. The salaries taken during the past 6 months for the 4 board member listed (no salary taken by A.Aggarwal) only totaled $162,175, nothing to complain about there. | argey123
08/1/2024 11:41 | Thanks Argey123, is that movement in dollars, or in thousands? If the former, it's trivial, if the latter, quite significant! | chiguiro
08/1/2024 11:27 | I received the interim statement as well. I recently had my broker issue a share certificate so that the shares were registered in my own name, seems to be the only way to get information from the company at the moment. Looks like they are moving some of the cash into fixed deposits so hopefully get some reasonable interest. Conserving cash and paying down debt is probably the best use of cash at the moment but a token dividend would have been nice (at least to bring back a tiny bit of shareholder confidence!). I did notice the item "Due from officers and employees" in the current assets has moved from 53,633 in March to 105,026 in September, Unclear what this is but may be a directors loan? | argey123
08/1/2024 10:50 | Many thanks Flying Pig. Any chance you could post a PDF of the document? | chiguiro
08/1/2024 10:39 | I have been away but received upon my return the interim statement for the half year ending September 2023. Basically standing still. Total revenue down 2.4%, operating profit down 4.7% at $46.5 million and the operating margin down to 31.3% from 32.1%. The profit before tax was $41.8 million down from $44.3 million. They do not propose to pay an interim dividend against the 11.07P last time round. The Board is of the view that the Company should “conserve cash and has preferred not to declare any Dividends”. The Chairman states “we report another set of Financial Results for the 6 months ended 30 September 2023, wherein the group has experienced de-growth in revenue by 1.3%. We believe that this De-growth in revenue as a result of automation and new technology of next generation AI along with the global economic slowdown and rising interest rates.” We then get the comment about conserving cash and Dividends. It is not a particularly informative document! | flying pig
06/12/2023 21:04 | Cos they don't give a flying f k | nico115
03/12/2023 11:04 | If you can send to argey123ttt@outlook. | argey123
03/12/2023 11:03 | Why can they not make this easier for investors by having a section for investors on the website that is kept up to date? | davidosh
02/12/2023 18:46 | Copies were made available at the AGM. Going forward you’re best having the holding registered in your own name as they have to send accounts to everyone on the register. | vega44
02/12/2023 17:31 | Did anyone ever get access to a copy of the accounts? I contacted IR and got the same response 'They were sent to your registered nominee' etc. Spoke to my broker who don't have any record of receiving anything to be forwarded. Looks like the only way to get information in future is to get my broker to remove the shares from the nominee and send me share certificates to register myself. Does anyone know if these accounts will be made publicly available on the Guernsey equivalent of companies house? | argey123
10/11/2023 08:45 | Process lol !Next step is to email the non execs I would think . What did your broker say ? | nico115
10/11/2023 06:33 | Jim.R@ienergizer.com | robsy2
10/11/2023 01:04 | Which email address does he respond from? | davidosh
09/11/2023 18:06 | He has and quickly! I don't really understand it though. Who do I phone next? Good afternoon Paul The accounts were sent out on the 20th October to all registered shareholders by our registrar LINK as is required. If you haven’t received them that may be due to the fact that you hold your shares with a registered nominee. If that is the case then I would suggest you get in touch with your nominee as they will have them on your behalf. Unfortunately I am not at liberty to send the directly as we have to stick to this process I hope this helps. James Reed-Daunter Director | robsy2
09/11/2023 15:13 | Let's hope he replies As non exec and head of IR he surely will ! | nico115
09/11/2023 14:43 | Hi James I am a shareholder in the company . I have sent you my contact details as requested , address etc, but to date I have not received a set of accounts or a notice about the AGM. I would particularly appreciate seeing the latest set of accounts. Can you tell me when these are being sent out? A pdf is fine, sent to my email address, which you have. As I’m sure you can appreciate, I need to see them in some format. Can you get this sorted please? Thanks in advance. Best R | robsy2
07/11/2023 18:26 | Ask James ? He's now a non exec | nico115
07/11/2023 15:31 | No. I have received nothing. | robsy2
07/11/2023 15:05 | Did anyone attend the Agm? I never received anything from my brokers | davidosh
05/11/2023 19:34 | Has anyone asked whether there’s a dial in or online link for the AGM on Tuesday? Perhaps that’s the forum to ask about what’s happening. | vega44
01/11/2023 15:38 | Thanks, anyway we can keep pressure on the BOD ,to act in a proper way ,as minorities ? | nico115
01/11/2023 15:17 | I bought at over 400p, the results this year are arguably better than last year, therefore I think we are worth well over 400p! However, the risk of being "screwed" is quite high. I have been involved in unquoted equities to know many ways in which it could be done. Let us hope the Board of Directors have some morals. | flying pig |
