The Circular will include a notice of a general meeting of the Company which is being convened for 10:00 a.m. on 16 May 2023, at the Company's registered office St Martins House, Le Bordage, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4EA (the "General Meeting"), for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the requisite shareholder resolution to approve the Cancellation. In accordance with the requirements of the AIM Rules, the Cancellation is conditional upon the approval of not less than 75 per cent. of the votes cast by Shareholders (whether present in person or by proxy) at the General Meeting.

There could be another stampede when rns of delisting; however, MMS will suck in spike up before delisting. Gimpchi will be holding this turkey, as IT did on Meal, Made.com. IT bought REVB at 26p, then suspended at 19p, and should open next week at 1p.

To avoid doubt, Mister Fisternator (the Prof) taught me how to mug, steal and rob in the daytime. Very true. He has 500-700 Aim Kill shorts.

I am guessing if a tender offer cam in at £1.50- £2 from EICR it would get most of the remaining 17% free float they don't own already.

Mr Kimchi1, the vote is in the bag already largest shareholder who owns 83% is voting in favour.

So outcome of vote is not in question, if they tender offer for the remains 17% is not so clear!.
