I emailed the IR guy the other day asking for more information. He replied and said he didn't have anything further to report at the moment. Sounds like he's as in the dark as the rest of us. Just a case of wait and see if patience is ever awarded!

Every Guernsey company must send its accounts, directors' report etc within 12 months after the end of the financial year - thus last date to release annual results is 30th March 2024 for the year ended 31st March 2023. Don't hold your breathe :)

He will....but I am sure he is not out on the streets with a begging bowl and will almost certainly have other ways of being rewarded meantime.

We have to be patient and act accordingly if anything we find out suggests a problem.

Are they delaying them or just relaxing as no deadline and of course auditors are much more careful these days. Most companies have experienced audit delays

Why would they delay the results when it seems the Ceo loves a divi and the special divi ? Could we see an offer for the co ? What other explanation could there be ? Odd no ?

JP Jenkins doesn't really work on orders, they may well take note of a buy/sell, but nobody in the market can see it. So you're entirely dependent on someone else putting in a blind order on the other side to match it. It would be much more efficient if they showed the book (like Assetmatch does), so that at least you've got a chance of attracting the opposite side. But I understand that if JP Jenkins were to show an orderbook they would need additional regulatory permissions.

I've set up an account with JP Jenkins and put an order in to buy 5000 shares at a limit of 65p.
I'll keep you posted.
