Gtheary, I think it's just the major 80% holder deciding to shaft the minority shareholders and crater the SP, they're probably buying millions at these crazy prices off panicked PIs, at a 50% dividend they'd be mad not to. It seems there's nothing can be done about it, when there's a holder who has more than 75% they can do what they want.
