fair value after dropping from 320p?

I managed to buy in far too early on Friday. I have averaged down today, but my average is still about 62p. That seems a long way away. If sentiment changes a little, we might get back there I suppose. If there was some suspicion or hope that the board could be persuaded to change their minds about their unfair proposal, and 62p will seem very cheap.

ben - is someone wants to buy also the liquidity isn't there and the share price would go up. so given its current extreme low valuation it could change quickly to the upside

Just imagine if they said they would consider a listing on the nasdaq in the future at the AGM in May... the stock price would go up 1000% from here

If all of the shareholders, who hold the 18% not owned by the majority shareholder, look to sell, it is impossible to see where the price is going. 190 million shares in issue, so 18% of that is 34 million shares. Even with the high volumes yesterday and today, there may be a lot more selling to come.

The key questions for me are:
1. Can the company go private and then effectively just ignore private shareholders' holdings and give them nothing? Is this legal under UK or international law?
2. Even if they give minority shareholders something - when would this be and how much? (No doubt lower than the current share price on AIM I suspect.)
3. Will it go to 0 on AIM once all the instis have sold down?

but how up to date is that shareholder list? I'd imagine the big holders have been bailing out hence the huge drop, else why on earth would they want to see their investment drop by millions?

Can't see it suspending -

It will follow through protocol -

Now it depends where the bottom is. The delisting with the large shareholder looks inevitable -

If this delists, the gameplan of the major shareholder will probably be to take full ownership of the business: either by buying the business from the company, or buying out the minority shareholders.
And as cheaply as possible, e.g. by timing it with a fall in profits.

In theory, could this value the business at just c. the value of the net debt, meaning shareholders would get nothing?

I'm not saying that would be fair, but could there be much or anything to stop it?
